Terrible customer service and terrible processing!.
I can’t even begin to describe how fraudulent and full of crap this company is. They could give less than 2 craps about customer assistance. They’ve decided to keep 300 dollars of a 430 flight cost when the flight was cancelled due to the pandemic. They referred me to the airline who referred me back to them because they held the contract and payment.
I’m 20 days over due for any refund and still waiting.... you’re stupid if you use them. seriously if you’ve got money you want to just pee down the drain I’ll take it. Don’t spend it here.

The worst agency I have ever experienced
Unbelievably a terrible customer service!!!!
They are not responsive at all!!!
I have called 4 times to change my flight as it got cancelled directly by the airline and the person responding the customer calls has hung up the phone on me three times.how is this even possible??
This is the last time ever I'm booking through sky scanner.

Avoid Just Go Direct To Airline
Booked through Skyscanner which had redirected my to BYOJet. Big mistake. Cancelled flights, zero customer service, fees for cancellations. Skyscanner should be careful who they partner with, like ripoff merchants.

Never use GO TO GATE
Do you still list / recommend GO TO GATE on your web site. ?They are the most unethical agency on the web, bar none. They hold onto your money till the last minute before buying your ticket. Their "change flight and refund policies" are pathetic. Their flexible fare has so many "out"clauses tucked away in their conditions its useless.They purposely make it almost impossible to contact them when you have a problem. NEVER USE THIS agency .

Skyscanner host dodgy travel agents and take no responsibility
I purchased Australian airline tickets as I always do via skyscanner, which hooks you up to travel agencies, in this case Travel2be where I bought my tickets. Travel2be has since failed to update my travel dates when I provided them 2 weeks advance notice in writing and now they will not reply to my emails. In short they've stolen my money. It simply gave me an automated link that referred me back to the Travel2be website. Its a merry-go-round of zero accountability and what Covid has done is reveal a whole lot of businesses who make massive profit from taking your money and giving you NOTHING in return. Big zero, unprofessional
Skyscanner is the wrong platform they don't check their third parts are genuine or not and one of them is Travel To Be who didn't refund my money from three months. I canceled my flight on 6 January and paid 200AUdollars if I call them their staff laugh at the customer and said do whatever you what, nothing will happen to us. Skyscanner do not look at your own pocket because, in the long run, you will lose. My ticket is down below and my massage is not fake like your websites. My ticket reference is KSAJAS go and check and if you guys have a little bit of shame then solve my matter. Flight Refund
Have just been informed that my flights booked through Trip.com to the UK from Australia will not be refunded. Although I am not happy about this I realise the airlines (Emirates in this case) will be struggling to refund all cancelled flights but for Trip.com (Booking No. 10769919068) to only offer a credit note that has to be used in four months is ridiculous. Don’t use Skyscanner to book car hire!!! They use a third party Airportrentals.com who then won’t refund unused days which I suppose would be ok if I actually changed my mind but I was forced into returning to my home state amid all this covid19.

I booked my return ticket from Skyscanner. Difficult the rechedule using Skyscanner. I was aware before them that my flight is cancelled and they did not have any clue. my flight ticket was on 25th March and I called them on 17th March to reschedule on 20th March as my flight was cancelled. rline helped me to reschedule the ticket for 19th March. I reached my destination on 20th March and after reaching there I got a mail from Skyscanner that my flight is cancelled which I already knew on 17th and till that time they didnot have any clue. I used Skyscanner to book a Royal Brunei flight from Melbourne to London. The ticket was cheap so I booked it. What I didn't know until payment was that the airfare was in US dollars and the travel agent was in the US. Now, with the coronavirus this travel agent said no refunds but Royal Brunei's policy state there is a refund. If you find a cheap airfare I strongly suggest you go straight to that airline and book directly. Don't get caught out as I did. To add to the nightmare I am charged currency exchange fees on this booking.

Corona virus out cry
Booked flights through Skyscanner and although booked on Qantas and American Airlines, both reputable airlines, cancelling the flights is a nightmare.
I cannot understand that the likes of Qantas and American Airlines are not stepping in and making sure the right thing is happening. You can cancel if you booked through the airlines directly, but Skyscanner has NO link, policy or anything to help you.
I hope Skyscanner is one of the companies going broken after coronavirus, serves them right!

I am speechless and horrified by the service provided by BYOJet in this time of crisis, i have always used sky scanner as they have provided good deals compared to airlines prices, but i would rather pay more than being scammed by a travel agent, like me, many more have tried contacting BYO Jet given the current travel restrictions in place, Cathay Pacific have offered refund and rescheduling options but obviously a crap company like BYO JET would not understand the definition of an act of goodwill in circumstances of crisis.

Disgraceful and partnered with Scammers

All I can say is you are as shameless as your partner travel agents mainly Travelgenio. I have sent you emails explaining issues and you never replied. Booked tickets with you about 7 months ago and because country we were travelling to has banned the entry all the outsiders due to corona virus. Your little scamming partner will not cancel, refund and reply to phone calls and emails. Such a shame. Contacting you guys and never bother replying. Shame on you.

I am frequent traveller but will not use skyscanner anymore as you can not trust their partners and there is nothing on their website to complain or leave the feedback about dodgy practices. I will have to rake this further with Visa.

You should have explicitly stated that there is a penalty if not checking online as this is the only company that does it. Checking online is for our convenience and not to be penalised especially while in transit. If you book a flight via skyscanner - with skyscanner as agency you need to organise the refund with skyscanner directly and not the airline, correct? Hi, due to Covid I’m unable to use my flight I had booked for April. The Western Australian govt has banned unessential travel till June 30. I booked through Skyscanner in January and have tried to get in touch with Tavel2be and travelgenio to change the flight. There is no email address or phone number that can help. I’m not after a refund just flight change. I hope someone can help me.. the airline Qantas will not assist as it was booked through a third party through Skyscanner.
