Purchase this HP Tablet before Christmas last year but only use for a month then left in cupboard my son took out to use around Feb but unable to charge up so the battery was replaced under warranty the only good thing about this compare to Surface Pro is it has Sim Card slot

Purchased this tablet last year in July. Haven't used it for months until start of this year. After exactly once
charging it the battery in the base died. Contacted customer service and a technician was sent out to replace the battery.

Two weeks later same story, just that this time neither battery charger. Not the one in the device neither the one in the base. Contacted customer service and after four days not even a contact let alone appointment or repair.

This is a $1800 business customer device, not a $300 entry level tablet. Even the $99 tablet's from Target get replaced/repaired faster.

This most definitely was the last time that i have wasted my money on a HP product.
