Hi, unfortunately we do not sell out of Australia.
I ordered and paid for mine using a credit card, Visa, so - yes you can use your Visa credit card. It is an excellent product and I saw similar ones in Europe just recently.

No, it is completely manual.
No batteries or recharging unless you attach the extras which can be a light then you would need batteries for the light
