Worst Super Fund Ever!!!

Worst super fund EVER!!! Well its been over a year trying to sort out 1 mistaken entry that cost me 11% of my super. hundreds of dollars to accountants running around to jp's signing this and that all because one path put the wrong code on a rollover. Please beware of this fund. one path alright,down the drain.

I too have been ripped off by One Path 9 months later they have not paid out. Go to Fair Trade, Ombudsman, ABC, Channel 7, member of parliament and see what happens. Part of ANZ bank and were told to change life insurance and go with One Path because our mortgage was with ANZ - So many discrepancies in policy. I'm suppose to be born 1901.

Widowed and they wont pay out husbands life insurance. Still waiting after 8 mths. All excuses to get out of paying. Now almost bankrupt.

Just starting to get my super released to me, have already tried to phone but do not get to the person I want, I keep getting put back to a person I have talked to before, now reading this review page it tells me why, with all these negative reviews has any one of you contacted the FOS Ombudsman in your capital city, from what I have read on there site you have already qualified for immediate help, and you can help other people like me that are about to go through all this turmoil, lets band together and fight this injustice that stands before us,

Stay clear of - one path...

Have lost Approx...$ 100,000.00 in a very short time...only to find out i have no Financial Planner at the helm...My financial planner deserted me in 2010....only just found this out after ringing one path.

This is what happens when you ask too many questions...after substantial LOSSES....still waiting for things to turn around...?...as i was told.

this is sheer Theft of your money...how can your super perform so badly in one path....or is it a PATH to Disaster...?

I Hope the Royal Commission Into Banking allows customers to tell their stories....If it doesn't...then our GOVERNMENT IS NOT FAIR DINKUM...

2 month wait for tax statement. Cheap tho.

My tax return is always very late because i have to wait months for a statement from these jokers. If every single other business can generate statements quickly, what is going wrong here? Very frustrating. But their insurance is cheaper than competitors.

2 months wait for eofy tax statement

Why does it take 2 months to provide an eofy tax statement. We are moving overseas and want to complete our 2015-2016 tax return but have to wait for onepath to release their tax statements. How crazy wouldn't mind as much if we had gained an income. No real answers why except we use a bulk System to generate the statements. Very worrying.

Disgusting customer service. Staff refuses to put you through to the Managers. Refuse to roll over because they say name doesn't match, since middle name was not in the request. Still said they cannot rollover my Super to external fund even if my Fund send request through with my middle name. Say i will still require ID and Stat Dec. It is not a common name either. They refuse to go out of their way to assist you. Never ever have your Super with OnePath

I was a member of Hostplus. I am trying to get my TPD. Have been for a long time and I am getting annoyed. I have done everything right by them and Sunsuper. I even asked Shine Lawyers to help me get my TPD Benefit/insurance. I have rights and I have the right to my TPD but no one will help me. These so called people/companies are just the biggest Australian CONS and SCAMMERS in this country. I want my TPD. Its my right to it. Thank you. James Crack 6A Mazlin Crescent Herberton Qld 4887. Worst Experience Ever

Onepath informed me that my mum's life insurance had lapsed despite my mum giving me all the paper work 6 months ago. When I tried to claim, they said there was only superannuation to claim. I have lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman. Now Onepath have taken $600 in 6 months out of my mums super fund and are using every excuse in the book to delay paying that out too! Its hard enough to lose a loved one suddenly without putting up with Onepath's pathetic customer service too! I am completely disgusted how my dad and my family have been treated!

After a person with life insurance with them for years passed away following a seven month battle with cancer they used every trick in the book to not pay out her policy. 7 months later, they now want to speak to all her doctors. In her death certificate it states she was diagnosed in October. Will never use them.

Onepath made a mistake in my ATO deductions six months ago. Dozens of calls and emails later and im still yet to resolve and transfer my super out of there. Un-coordinated and no urgency. Some good staff who want to help but overwhelmed by the bureaucracy.

This company has no idea - complete rip off, worst customer service, would recommend to AVOID at all costs!!!!! I have wasted several months dealing with their employees who have no clue and may as well be monkeys at a desk.
They do not honour their policies and you will spend months trying to get a response from them

Stupid me paid an ANZ advisor over $3000 who transfered my small $58,000 into this superfund. Within 8 weeks I had lost $4000. Including salary sacrifice and employer contributions. Must be getting big kick backs from this fund as my super should have gone into ANZ Smart Choice which has a 5 star rating. I feel like a total halfwit for trusting the ANZ

I’m a 1960 born super fund eligible to draw fund, at 57yrs in have left it till 60yrs because as a NZer and PM Howard before leaving parliament set it that NZers can with draw their funds without the 30c in the dollar tax rate, is this still true

I believe that is correct, as there are special arrangements applying to New Zealanders. Maybe contact the Australian Taxation Office or an accountant for clarification.

Hi members, I've been away and had my super with ING Masterfund back in 2006, and it's apparently now One Path. I wrote to One Path but they tell me my name is not on their records. Anyone in a similar situation?

No, but historically it has been very difficult to deal with. Contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority if you cannot resolve it with OnePath.

Ok John, send signed written letter to (attention policy no....... yours) 242 pitt st Sydney nsw 2000, ask yuor request, ask to respond asp no longer than 45 days. Your fund must respond in 45 days if they do not, call FOS ombudsman in your capital city they should be able to ask your fund to them within 21 days if they do not respond they can take legal action for you at no cost, good luck mate,, parky,
