Ethical Nutrients Inner Health Plus Dairy Free

To ease diarrhea I used to use this product but I find now the powder is much coarser and I now find no relief when I take it. I believe it has something to do with the addition of oligofructose in its ingredients.

Cannot describe how much suffe I had before using this product, severe constipation, bloating and lack of appetite ... don't expect feel better straight a way, allow some time ... for me around 2 to 3 weeks I started to feel better and after now 3 months feel much better ... I tried different probiotics, none of them worked for me, so don't go for cheaper probiotic since you don't get the result ... it's worth its the price I believe ...

After having my ileostomy reversed inner health has really been instrumental in my recovery. My doctors told me to expect bouts of diarrhoea and build up of gas, which while I was in the hospital I was suffering badly from. When I came home I immediately started to take my inner health and within 2 hours the pain and bloating began to subside significantly. Within 24 hours my stools are forming and without the urgency I was experiencing. Three days later I've still got a lot of recovery to get through but I am confident that without inner health I would have much further to go!

When I take one of these pills 20 minutes before eating I find that my stomach copes better with the food. I've had trouble with digestion since I was a child, and being able to swallow the bacteria that help with digestion in an easy to swallow pill form is just great.
Its great that they make a dairy free version for people like myself.
