Innobella Ceramic Copper Pro Square Fry Pan

The size is perfect for all round. It looks good and the squareness is great. HOWEVER they have no business advertising as non-stick!! It was fine for about half dozen uses. Then, just like any normal metal pot stuck just plain old eggs.
NOTHING METAL HAD BEEN USED ON IT NOR WAS IT EVER SCOURED previously, but no way to get it clean now without having to SCRUB IT as just wont come clean even after soaking overnight. REALLY ANNOYING as was NOT CHEAP. If it seems too good to be true...

I like this pan because it heats up faster than stainless steel pans of equal size. Temperature is relatively equally distributed so food cooks evenly. Great for steaks because oil heats quickly to smoke point and retains heat when meat is added so browns nicely.

Don't buy it if you expect to cook all food without using fats or oils. Although this pans selling point is its non-stick properties, the foods that are advertised as not sticking are naturally relatively high in fats and protein. In reality no non-stick pan, irrespective of brand...
