I’ve purchased 7 items really slow delivery times. I’ve not received 2pair of sunglasses from /sbvdsbsdf123. Do NOT buy from this seller. Otherwise other items have all arrived.

I purchased an item & I keep getting emails that I have not paid, yet Paypal have reassured me payment went through & then I have been threatened to receive a bad rating, what a joke. I have tried numerous times to email iOffer either I can’t get into the right area because of errors, I will never purchase anything from this site again

I bought a hat off ioffer and have requested to track the product and have tried to contact the seller. The seller has not said anything till this day and the seller has deleted the link to the product so it does not even exist anymore. I am really disappointed and the administrators of ioffer should cut down on these sellers that are scams.

Seller communicated with me very well to make the sale. So I ordered $40 worth of product in August 2017. The tracking number was given to me in late September (a month after). After that, till today i have NOT received anything. I complained to ioffer, they asked me a heap of questions to follow up with the seller, but the seller does not reply. Then ioffer closed my claim. The website does not support the customers. It simply condones the use of theft and scam artists.
Do not purchase anything!

I had over $300 stolen from a seller. I paid for goods and did not receive them. The seller won't reply and the tracking number is false. iOffer admin was not helpful and did not care. They are just as guilty as the criminal seller. PLEASE do NOT use this platform.

Order over 6 orders to see what was all about. First order came through $32 down the drain. I ordered some nike air 90 ripoffs in a US 10.5, was sent a US 8.5. When contacted seller try to say was my fault as they had used a chart & converted to EU size. I ordered a US10.5 i should have received a US 10.5 end of story!!!

Further shoe orders to arrive, i imagine i will have the same problem. I will be buying originals from now on & not copys from dodgey sellers who once they have got your money that is the end of the sale as there is no customer support or assistance.

I have order 2 sport shoes and i have payed in advance the full amount. i was lucky one of the payment was with paypal so i get my money back, but the other one i pay with master card and my money is gone. After i complain to the website, they answer me (we cannot do anything for you) you need to solve your problem with the seller and guess what, there is no way to know who is the seller or his contact number or what is the company name or what country you are dealing with.

Totally disappointed, not the item I ordered . Will not be fooled again by cheap prices. No refund and returns

iOffer is the worse site for anybody to spend their hard earn money. I ordered from this site, from a seller called sdf4159 (13750) and I got an instant message that my items were shipped after the money was already taken from my card. Two days later, I received another message from the seller say "sorry the items are out of stock, we will apply for refund". I've sent several messages asking the seller how can you send me a tracking number and say that my items were shipped and now telling me that items are out of stock but he's never ever gotten back to me. I really regret spending my money here and I don't want others to fall into the hands of these criminals too. Please don't shop here!!!

DVD set was a homemade copy with no packaging that didn't even work.

I was a bit sceptical from the site, but I made sure that all my purchases were made through paypal. I received all of my handbags (3) in the timeframe that I was notified and they were perfect. I strongly recommend making all of your purchases only from sellers that accept paypal, in case theres an issue you can get your money back. On the down side the tracking number isn't very helpful but I did receive all of my items in under a month

Bought a pair of shoes. Never received them. Impossible to contact the seller, ioffer website very unhelpful...
Defenitely do not recommend ioffer!!

I am totally disappointed. I was waiting for my order about 1 month. I received two pairs of running shoes half size bigger than I ordered bad quality with an awful smell. I returned the items on 28 February, Funds came on account on 10th April, but iOffer did not reimburse my post expense amount of 21 pound, although I send them Royal mail receipt. It is the worst service. Never ever again.

ioffer has no easy way to contact them. They take no responsibility of any refunds or exchange. Have ordered 5 times from different shops on this site and only one of the orders was sent as the item described. All fake stuff which can only be expected at those prices. No refunds and bad communication.

I payed for a product. The seller messaged me saying they didn't have any stock left so I requested a refund and they deleted their advertisement and never heard back from them. Contacted iOffer.com and hit another dead end as they didn't reply nor seem to care too much either not replying. Never using the website ever again. Ruined my experience shopping online.

Bought a bob seger dvd. Received an unwatchable bootleg. Ioffer will not take responsibility for the product and the seller won't reply to my queries

Do not buy or sell on ioffer this website is a scam. They advertise nice photos to sell but once bought do not communicate for months, then contact you via email saying no stock available, do you want refund or chance to buy another product at higher price. There is never a refund or another product. They have gone no product or refund 1 year later. Not happy at all and I will NEVER USE ioffer again. Please pass on and tell as many people as possible
