Hi Peter.
Never had a problem in my MUX but could suggest checking that you have the SD card inserted correctly into its slot as it contains all your data.
Had this problem on an old TomTom unit in another vehicle. If the unit was working and just stopped, have a think if anything was changed or anyone worked on car. Mechanic? Electrician?
When you update your maps you need to take card out and update remotely.

If card is correctly inserted and not working, possibly remove and start car. Stop car after 1 minute, insert card again and see if it reads it. May be something else completely, but worth a try. Good Luck

Thanks Watchman, I have checked the sd card but will try your suggestion and if not it may need to be taken to a Isuzu dealer.

I’m hearing you.The updates they give you are a couple years old anyhow.Its a rip-off.
The salesman advised me when I purchased my 2015 Mux that I would get 3 free updates.Liars.$300 dollars if I want it updated.

Is that anything like the "chicken" light they used to have on Mitsubishi Mangas? It used to come on when you planted the accelerator. Some sort of politically correct warning to the leadfoots to save the planet.

My connection had never been a problem. Check you volume setting.

I use the Bluetooth for calls regularly and find it great and I've never had anyone tell me that they had an issue with the quality.

I am having the same issue with my 2022 mux too, took it back to get it looked at at suttons and they said there is nothing wrong with it. Cant use the bluetooth to make or receive calls its thats bad

Hi Johnno. Look below the steering column where it joins the dashboard.

Just fit the airbags with Kevlar sleeves, and it will work ok. I did that with mine. The only thing is to ensure that the air bags always have at least 5psi in them, otherwise the coil springs can damage the bags and sleeves.

We tow 16ft and have no issue but have heard airbags are the way to go for larger heavier vans.
