The screen on the dashboard automatically flicks to a notification advising that the Bluetooth to the iPhone is connected. This occurs every 30secs. I have tried initialising the settings but has not changed anything. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

I had a GQ NISSEN PATROL for 15 years did Kimberly Cape York and most other 4WD notable tracks, And have found my 2014 MUX as capable or more in all situations.

MUX 3.0 LS A engine model 2017, is it turbo type engine??

Yes, it is a turbo engine. Just make sure that after a long high speed trip, on country roads or freeways, you allow the engine to idle down for at least two minutes for the turbo to cool, then switch the engine off as you normally would.

We are looking for a new car and I am pretty much sold in a Toyota Prado due to the 150L tank however my husband wants to consider an MUX. We live on a farm in a rural area where I am travelling a minimum of an hour (one way) to get to town. How do people find the fuel consumption of the MUX, I’ve been told stories of it being amazing but then also heard that it’s just the same as any other SUV. How many kilometres do people generally get out of their tanks for general usage?

In comparison to the Prado, the fuel tank on the my MU-X (2018 LS-U) is quite small at 65 litres. I spend a fair amount of time in stop/start traffic and I average 7.9 l/100km. Normally, I go about 770 km before I start looking for a servo! Towing the 3.0 tonne caravan pushes the consumption to just over 12 l/100 km. With the cost savings on the purchase price of the MU-X, you could fit a long range tank if you found the need!
I fitted a larger 116 l tank to mine for towing our van. It cost a little over $1100 but I can travel well over 1000km on it.

Will the suspension of 2022 dmax fit a 2014 mux

The MUX has coil spring suspension and the Dmax has leaf springs. Probably could be done but would cost a bit in the modification of the chassis. If you want to boost the coil spring suspension, you could fit air bags which I did with my MUX. I did this for towing only.
