Hi, I have a 2009 NLR 200 Tipper which when under load or just towing it starts blowing the coolant into the header tank. Have taken it into the Isuzu dealer 4 time and each time they say theyve fixed it but when I go to use it the radiator get pressured and blows the coolant I to the header tank! I have had a mechanic say it could be a faulty EGR cooler, Isuzu say they have tested the EGR but could it still be the problem?? Have had everything done besides replacing the EGR, radiator taken out, cleaned and tested, all gaskets replaces, thermostat replaced 3 times, all cooling system taken apart and checked.! Now I dont know what it could be and Isuzu say they dont know, how could this be?

Hi i have a 155 Nlr manual tipper 2018 11000kms without any slipping it stopped selecting its been towed in and isuzu first said it had been driven badly and i had worn the clutch (ps only me and one other experienced driver) once they had actually removed the clutch etc the story has changed that there is no wear but it is glazed so has been burnt which seems impossible. More so i also have a 2013 version and 2016 version more kms and no issues same drivers. Very frustrating now saying if i pay $1200 labour they will cover the part ??? no way i think as the part is substandard i don't want to pay and would like a part that works. Can anyone advise I'm currently awaiting feedback now late from Isuzu Australia??

Hi, I have a Isuzu npr 200 automated manual transmission truck. I’m having a problem with transmission, which is when changing gears, when you on drive mode and you change in to reverse, transmission warning light comes up. Same thing happens when you do the opposite. But when I keep moving the gear it works again. Please anyone can help how to fix this?

NPR 200 - 1st Clutch at 74000 ks second one 73000 ks later. Isuzu have told our dealer that this is normal, tried to blame the driver, but same driver drove an earlier model NPR for 250000 ks before the first clutch was needed changing. My guess is that Isuzu are using cheaper under engineered parts and justifying it by saying yep this is normal. It is normal to expect that a $5 plastic tool will not last as long as a $50 steel tool, but I would counsel Isuzu to stop paying $5 for the "plastic" Clutch they put in the NPR and start using the metal ones again. Are You hearing us ISUZU????
