Two pairs of these and both were duds
I have had two pairs of these headphones- my first pair stopped working after 4 weeks, the second replacement pair hasnt worked right out of the box (left piece failed to turn on). Terrible quality, I dont have any faith in the product and the jabra support is awful and have not responded to support emails or facebook messenger. I'm taking these back for a full refund tomorrow and putting this money towards the Sony brand instead.
Purchased in December 2021 at JB Hifi Home for A$350.00.

Sabotage your workout
As Jabra's most expensive set of ear buds I expected so much more both in terms of the product reliability, functionality and customer support. I purchased the Jabra Elite Sport and used for two to three hours daily for roughly two months before seeking a refund.
The problems with the product I found were:
1) Only compatible with the Jabra Elite Sport App which has extremely limited functionality. It is incompatible with all other Jabra apps and accessories.
2) The ambient sound pass through is terrible. It works so poorly it is as if the d...Read more

Good sport earphones - poor product
I received the Jabras as part of an award - I love the heart rate function and I find the Sport Life app to be really good especially the training effect aspects of it. I've managed to link this through to endomondo and therefore into all of my health apps so really useful.
Like many others the earbuds worked well for a while - I started to notice degradation in the right earbud frankly to the point where there is barely any sound at all. I followed all the advice online and went through the Jabra help - firmware, language, reset etc no chang...Read more
e. As I still like the heart rate function I settled on rebalancing the earbuds ie the right was set to 90%! I battled with Jabra support to get this resolved and they were ok but without any proof of purchase they just buried their head in the sand. Very very disappointing support given that they know the manufacture date. I've now resorted to buying a replacement earbud off Ebay and will keep my fingers cross that it will work! My recommendation is to avoid these earbuds like the plague- there is enough reviews online that demonstrate a fundamental issue with the product and frankly a 3 year warranty should mean just that (it doesn't to Jabra/ GN Netcom)...Purchased in November 2021.

Not good. Lowkey felt like I got scammed.
I bought this in May 2nd because it looked like a good fit but the quality of my left earbud just dropped suddenly. It was working perfectly fine this morning at around 8:20 am on the 29th of May (to be specific,) and the quality was quite good as well. However, on the same day at 9:00 am, I can't hear anything through my left earbud and I don't know where I can contact the company for a possible refund or change. I didn't drop it once, hardly used it and always kept it secure in a safe place. I've only used the earbuds 4 TIMES since I bought it and it's already broken. I looked through other review pages and nearly everyone who bought this had the same problem.
10/10 would not recommend.
There are better alternate earbuds.

Work great until suddenly they don't - beware
The good:
I think most people will find a good fit, sound quality is great for the class, don't fall out while running etc. Battery is great. Overall these are amazing except...
The bad:
Do some research and you will see the thousands of people that have had these, everything working great, only for the sound balance to mess up after a few months. There's no fix. One bud will be barely audible or will slowly quiet to mute while you are listening to it. Maybe resetting will help but, if like mine, it might not. I have been working through multiple returns with Jabra over the last few months.

Good Product - could be better
In a nutshell, good set of true wireless ear phones, certainly geared towards someone into fitness, I should have gone for the 65 T active model, as I think this was more geared towards casual use and the buttons are far easier to push, on the elite sport, they dig into your ear canal and become very annoying.

Give me back my Powerbeats 3!!!!!!
I was so excited to buy these and be cord free but after two weeks I’ll be selling them and going back to my trusty Powerbeats 3’s, $100 cheaper, 3 times the battery life and at least double the volume. For listening to music the max volume on the Jabra’s is very sad and tech support is just as sad.

Very Comfortable
This is the first paid of true wireless headphones I have purchased. Having no cable between both headphones is truly a marvel. Setup was easy and they connect instantly to my phone upon being switched on. Control on headphone are functional and work well with Spotify. Charging case I think is a must for any true-wireless headphone setup.
I have been using these headphones for the last 6-months.
If you are willing to fork-out the extra for these headphones, it's well worth it over a $50 pair.

Jabra Elite Sport - problem product...plus update. Do not buy.
I was excited when I bought these ear buds, finally up with the latest technology for when I ride my bicycle. Almost a year in and there were volume balance issues, being louder on the right side. I contacted Jabra by email to get help. They provided methods to reset the device. Nothing worked. I emailed to ask how to return them for warranty repairs or replacement, but communication was sketchy and they forwarded my issue to the American site, where I submitted a warranty claim to fix. I also contacted via Facebook and response was prompt once...Read more
I complained. They finally got back to me and replaced the product. Hopefully this doesn't repeat itself. Update: As of February 2022, these replacement earbuds are now faulty. After several resets, power cycles, recharge, reset again....now I have a volume shift to the left earbud. These new earbuds are 3 months old. Having emailed the company via the original email thread, I have had no response. I will never buy Jabra again. Update 26/11/2019 The replacement buds from late 2018 had issues in February. No response from Jabra was forthcoming. I swapped the earbuds between the two sets, as Jabra didn't even want me to send them back to investigate why this issue occurs, so I had two sets of buds to play with. Swapping them over makes them reconnect to the buds in the case. That balanced out the issue, but now it is happening again, sudden imbalance with no clear answer, and a low buzzing in the right side earbud. I am looking at recycling and replacing these crap products. Will never buy from Jabra. A terrible company with what appears to be lovely looking products that have LOADS of problems with poor customer service.Purchased in August 2021 for A$200.00.

Good workout earbuds
It is comfortable and easy to use and the charging case is a great feature. Heart rate monitoring is not reliable. Solid sound quality and build. Excellent Bluetooth connectivity. After the first time that you pair with them to your phone, the earbuds connects immediately when you take them out of their case.

Jabra Elite Sports Ear Buds
After reading quite a few negative reviews for these I was wary on purchasing them. But after taking the time to get the correct fitment - ( I ended using different sizes of wings and buds in each ear) I am totally happy with my purchase. I wore these for the first time on a half marathon and they stayed put for the whole time not once did I think that they would fall out. I love the sound of them,
Granted they are hard to get in but once in they fit perfect.

Amazing piece of technology
Using these it becomes easy to cut the cord at the gym or whilst working out, it is easy to package and carry in it's small case, which doubles as a chargeable case giving many hours of battery life, sometimes it's possible to go a week without charging if you forget, can be charged quick and fast through USB. Highly recommended

Perfect workout earphone
In short, these are great earbuds considering they are truly wireless. I know some people could have some fit issues, but they do provide 3 sizes of tips/wings and 3 sizes of silicon and foam tips. It took me a little while to find a combination that worked for my ears. When you get a good fit, the sound is excellent. I enjoy a bit of bass in my music and these won't disappoint (assuming a good fit). Good fit for me was using the small sized wings and small foam tips. So I think it's imperative that you find a good fit, otherwise your music, co...Read more
mfort, etc will be compromised and you will not be getting the most out of this product. Battery life is not an issue for me since I don't use them continuously for more than 3 hours. These can get a bit uncomfortable during long sessions, but nothing concerning for me. I'm not currently using the companion app, so I do not have an opinion on that.Similar opinion? Great ear buds with good battery life
These ear buds are great, battery life is great and lasts for ages, the handy carry box acts a s an extra battery backup, good led indicators tell when you getting low and also has good voice in ear instructions. Heart sensor is great and always able to pic up. sound is fantastic and good noise reduction as fits snug in ear. One minor point is they take a while to charge but will last weeks on a full charge if not used.

My dream bluetooth ear buds
I was looking for sport bluetooth earbbuds for a while and I went through different reviews in order to get the best according to my needs and finally I grabbed Jabra Elite Sport Ear Buds 4.5H. Now I'm goona share my experience:
1) First of all they are a bit expensive, but you pay for quality.
2) I use them for running, doing gym workouts and yoga and they are comfy for all these activites. At the begining I thought they might fall off my ears but it's never happened.
3) They can be connected to several devices. So you can easily switch bet...Read more

Jabra is not to be trusted
Do not buy! I enjoyed these for a while, but when they broke, Jabra did EVERYTHING in its power to ignore me. 6 calls with a MINIMUM 16 minutes on hold before picking up (twice after 15 minutes they just hung up on me). After finally getting something going they switched me over to email and now refuse to answer those emails. They’re trying to run out the clock on the 1 year warranty by ignoring me. Jabra doesn’t stand by its products and is NOT a brand to be trusted

Best Bluetooth wireless wirefree earphones
I always do my research into anything I buy. It usually takes me a week to decide to buy after reading multiple website reviews. These Jabra earphones are, overall, the best ones I’ve ever bought.
Pros:
Lightweight. Snug in the ears and they don’t slip out even when I’m in the gym sweating away. The bass quality is perfect and if it’s not you’re able to alter the equaliser using the Jabra app. It has the ability to count your heartbeats and distance for running. The battery lasts 4.5 hours and the ability to recharge 2 full batteries using ...Read more

Love them!
I bought to exercise without annoying cords in the way; the sound quality is great, you can operate the volume and press pause and play by pressing the buttons on them while they're in your ear, they're comfortable, don't fall out when running, are waterproof so you can wear in rain, you can choose to let in outside noise for safety if you want to, one charge lasts ages, you can wear just one if you want to while you're at work, you can listen to music discreetly if you have long hair.

Fantastic item, with a couple of drawbacks
I purchased this item back in August from Harvey Norman, when they were selling the older version at a good discount (paid $228). The only difference between the older and updated version, is the updated one has double the battery life, but for my needs, this isn't an issue.
What drew me to the Jabra Sport Earbuds is the fact that they come with a warranty for failure from sweat. I had a pair of Plantronic Backbeat Fit headphones, but unfortunately sweat got in and destroyed them after a few months (I'd lost the receipt (long story), so coul...Read more
dn't get a refund/replacement either), so I was on the lookout for exactly what Jabra offered in these earbuds. So are they sweatproof? I sweat a fair amount when running, but so far, these haven't missed a beat. They connect without issue to my phone and maintain a fairly constant connection. They've got some very handy features, such as the noise cancelling ability, or the ability to switch that in a quick double-tap of a button on the right earbud, which'll allow you to hear what's going on around you. Would I recommend these? Absolutely, especially if you can get them at a discount. Just be aware that the battery life isn't that long, so they won't last an international flight. Considering the RRP, this could be disappointing for a purchaser who isn't aware of the battery life, hence why only 4 stars. But as long as you're aware of the battery limitations, you'll be pleasantly surprised with how great these are.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
