Heard that Sydney-Narita-Sydney Japan airlines is still using old 777-200 plane instead of the newer 777-300 (or 787).
Heard the old plane is pain, with tighter legroom, stuffy, etc. is it true?

Can't really answer that question, as when I flew that route, it was on a Boeing 747. Happy travelling.

I heard that the air ventilation and aircon is stuffy, hot and air not enough, is it true?

It is over 5 years since I flew JAL from Brisbane to London return, with an overnight stop at Narita, and I never found the planes to be stuffy or overheated. I found the cabin crew efficient and eager to please, and would certainly fly with JAL again. But st that was a few years ago, things might have changed since then.
I've never found this either. I've always been very comfortable with JAL and will fly with them anytime.
