Google assistant failed to connect
Have the speaker for 16 months. Thereafter the Google Assistant failed to connect. Just a thumping sound when I say Hey Google.
JBL Service Advisor couldn't help just advise to do a reboot. Best to buy a Google manufacture Google Speaker.
Purchased in December 2017 at JB Hi-Fi for $149.

Your 'know-all' personal assistant
Google Home is heaven sent. JBL Link 10 produces excellent sound. Voice activated from afar is possible. Google home recognises your voice or anyone who registers with the unit. Plays songs, news, answers questions, plays YouTube on chromecast via voice activation. Young and old will enjoy using it. Highly recommend one for the dining room.
