Price matched saving me money
Went to my local store to get a phone printer for my daughter. After doing some research I noticed it was $40 cheaper elsewhere but the sales guy said they would price match to save me going to the other shop.

Can't write a fair review
Jb hifi site asked customers to write DVD reviews but won't allow your comments to be shown..Very bias business.they also deliberately make customers move in isles to create panic purchasing.

Great store, terrible delivery company (Toll Priority)
JB Hi-Fi is mostly an excellent store. I would rate it probably around 8/10 - so very good. I get most of my electronics stuff from JB. The problem arises when you buy something online and have to have it delivered. They use Toll Priority, which is the worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I rate Toll Priority as 1/10. Thus, I give JB Hi-Fi Online Store an overall 2.5/5. Instore pickup and shopping is 4/5 at minimum.

Poor service
We brought and paid for an LG TV prior to Christmas. We were then told delivery would not be until week of 6 January. We accepted that.
Nothing happened last week and no contact.
My son has just contacted them. They’re out of stock again - remember we’d paid for ours already ! - and stock is not due until 23 January with delivery within 5 days after that. So close to a month!

Riverview Ipswich store has lost me
Went to Jb hifi to purchase a MacBook laptop, salesman seemed to know his stuff, which was great because I did not, gave him the list of requirements needed for my grandchild’s school requirement and was promptly shown and purchased said laptop. NOW here is my problem, NO ONE could put the laptop on my go MasterCard, and the one person who could was on lunch, it was a “ please sit here and wait” thing.
And wait we did, we were in store over an hour and it took 10 mins to select and agree to purchase. It was not the girls fault, she is entitled to a lunch break, but seriously in a busy Sunday morning, especially with many advertised specials, what idiot would have only 1 staff member on that can process credit cards??????????
Goodbye JB

JB Is Hiding The Truth
Make a negative review on a product on JB Hi-Fi especially on new products, it won't show up.
JB Hi-Fi like any other corrupt company likes sales, so when customers see negative reviews on products that JB Hi-Fi is trying to gain profit from, they can't afford to show the negative reviews because they know they will lose customers buying that specific product. They hide so many negative reviews, why is that they have to moderate every review before it's posted? If the review was childs play then moderate it after it's been posted, what happen ...Read more
to democracy? They're censoring us for their own gain. Every review should be posted immediately and if it's a bad comment that is irrelevant then simply report it. I've bought so many faulty products from JB Hi-Fi and yet they never post my reviews. Never.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Communication
I was happy with the product I bought but felt let down when I realised I had been overcharged. I've been shopping there since they first opened and this is the first time this has happened but also the first time that staff were unaware of the deals jbhifi had for the item purchased. I made the staff aware of those deals when I saw I was overcharged. I would also like to add that it's not how it used to be either from products to staff knowledge of items been sold. Bring back the original jb with the excellent long lasting products.

A recent experience
A recent experience. Could you please forward this to the JB hi-fi chief [name removed].
I purchased a tv from JB hi-fi because they say return to store policy if anything goes wrong...
Well 8 months later it stopped working, so I phoned spoke to [name removed] who confirmed, yes it within the 12 months, we will test it to confirm not working and we will replace it or provide a store credit. I said great as will live 100kms away. So off we went, they agreed to the refund, but refused to hand it over, said 4 to 6 weeks. At which I had a medical episode. You lying fools and how stupid we we're going to upgrade, we still will at Harvey Norman.

Product failure return
Arlo Pro 2, second camera failed to sync. Was going to initially do an exchange. At no time was there an apology. So went through the lengthy refund process. Tedious.

We need a new electronic store to put this incompetent mammoth out of business.
Typical example of Australian “who cares?” incompetence. They resell products that have been returned because they’re faulty. They resell unsealed products. They offer a refund but it takes bloody ages.

Poor service
Central JB Hi-FI The worst store I have ever experienced, absolutely no customer service skills, would not recommend this store. Placed a complaint with Head office a week ago and still no response for them either. Obviously customer service doesn't mean a lot for this company, starts from the top and filters down but the only thing filtering down is incompetence and arrogance.

Dreadul delivery with Toll
Product hasnt arrived due to jb demanding signature on arrival with Toll. This is ridiculous for an item worth less than $10. Never again jbhifi. Too many horrible experiences with you and Toll. You refuse to allow the item to be left in the mailbox and Toll never get the delivery date correct. Useless.

- JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores
- Verified customer
Incompetent and a lack of communication period
As of writing this review, I am often left wondering on philosophical viewpoint(s) in lieu of customer satisfaction? And one of those viewpoint(s) is paramount to any single person who walks into a bricks ‘n mortar store (physical) about to make a purchase or does it on Internet (virtual).
And this is “Customer Service”.
May be I am to blame for making the purchase with a so-called “reputable” retailer such as JB HI-FI who I’ve bought stuff over the decades and never really experienced anything like this before in my experience.

December 2022, Box Day, while visiting Melbourne, I walked into a Nunawading store and purchased 1x 85” Sony X8500G TV as well as 1x Sony HT-Z9RF Soundbar. I asked a simple question whether all JB HI-FI stores were connected and followed by another question that I resided in the A.C.T. Rest assured, I was given some confidence and indicated that the answer was “yes”. Followed by an indicator that there was no stock in the A.C.T. and that the delivery of my purchase would need to be delivered from Sydney (NSW). I then responded by giving my calendar dates of availability.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

probably not Have you contacted the store where you purchased it.
I don’t know, I got specific spec for my grandchild’s school. Ring them and find out.
I don’t think to accept ‘change of mind’
