Take them back mate, they have warranty, could just be a dud. I have had mine for ages now and charge them at least once a week without issue. for <$50 it could be worse :). Hope you have some luck. Officeworks are great for returns also ;)
Could be faulty as once you connect the wires a white light stays on until charged. Please take it back for a replacement.

My JBL T450BT headphones are sweet, to use on other devices, but when trying to add to laptop it searches and says 'driver error'. I think I reset it successfully but now says 'connected voice' but still can't hear anything in the headphones, sound is coming out of the laptop speakers. Any ideas?

Only one device could be connected at a time. If u want to connect another device for 2nd time u have to choose Jbl on Bluetooth device u are using at a time.
No, you can connect, download the manual off this website and read it, I believe it's hold middle button and + but don't quote me on that. However using the 2 devices feature only allows you to listen to one at a time, pause the music on the other device to switch back and vice versa.

It does work for its Bluetooth connection but to record with an interface or amp etc then there are tedious issues with latency as opposed to wired connection. Unfortunately the aux port is lacking the full potential of these head phones.

Sir,
I have bough JBL E45BT. It connects via Bluetooth to my Iphone 8 Plus and I am able to use the mic and headset speakers. When I connect the headset to my computer running Windows 7, Cisco jabber VoIp phone can use the Bluettoth speakers for the JBL45BT but mic is not working. How to turn on the MIC on the headset to use with the computer connected via Bluetooth.
