Wont work after storage
Went to use it and it doesn’t work any more. Perhaps jet is clogged? Anyway I found it very difficult to use. Hard to press down. Might have to throw it in the bin. Such a shame as it is sturdily built. I had to buy another brand which I found really easy to use and steam lasts ages also one third of the price. Do not recommend this product.
Steam only last one minutes before it stops, yet there is still plenty of water in the tank
Bought for around the house small jobs, nice looking easy to handle, but the steam only lasts for around one minutes then stops. Why ? when there is still penty of water in the tank. Disappointed.

Powerful and compact
I clean the shower and toilet, outside door handles due to Covid, tiled floors, car seats, fabric chairs and lounge suite. The steam kills any mold or fungus in the shower. It is lightweight and the steam is so fine that it cleans without saturating the fabric. I can use it on the car seats as well, and the mag wheels. The tank lasts a long time, I'm quite surprised.

poor quality
I have just used this product for the second time to clean a large area. The steam only lasts 4 minutes. Had to completely refill 3 times to get the job done. Not impressed at all. A total waste of money.

Cleans without chemicals!
Cleans cook tops, windows, in hard to get heat resistant car parts, interior and exterior. The tank volume allows for extended cleaning periods. Still finding more uses. Great attachments. Very happy.
Just a dangerous toy
A small but heavy little jug. I thought it was pretty well made. But then I found it did not hold too much water. The steam was really not that hot and it ran out of steam rapidly. Having the power cable attached to it is cumbersome and not practical. Refilled it twice and I lost interest in it. Total waste of money.
