I was so excited to use this product as I had just recently installed double glazing, followed all the instructions, the windows were full of streaks, I was so disappointed. Took 3 hours to charge the appliance. Received far better results with newspaper and Windex, dont waste your money!

I've never been one that was good at cleaning windows, they always were streaky so I ended up paying someone around $200 to clean them inside and out but not anymore. I purchased one of these and couldn't believe what a great job it did PLUS it was so easy to use and cost me less than I normally pay for 1 window clean! The battery lasted for the whole job but it comes with a spare one anyway for people who have larger jobs. I got the windows of my whole house cleaned inside and out in an hour or so, saving me $$$ so I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommend this product, it honestly works better than I expected!

Windows without streaks ooo yes, now it's easy to clean your windows and glass tables and mirrors without repeating job again. Tool is easy to clean as well and one charger is lasting long.

I bought this Karcher window Vac after it was recommended by a friend. To be honest before buying I was unconvinced of how well it would work. The pack come with a sample of the cleaning solution. The product works exactly as is claimed. It’s easy to use. The spray bottle with cleaning pad attached is used first to rub over the glass, then turn the window vac on and start from the top down to the bottom, it sucks all the water away leaving no residue or streaks. Quick and easy. Spare battery and charging stand included. Have used it on glass doors, windows and bathroom mirrors. Definitely would recommend.

I purchased this product based on all of the positive reviews. The concept of a window vacuum is fantastic, however I found that It leaves lots of streaks. I've only used it twice so I might be doing something incorrectly. For me the windows looked worse than before using it due to the streaks.

This is the most wonderful invention, can't imagine living without it now that I have it. I do all of the external windows of my home in about an hour all streak free and also use it for a thorough clean of my shower recess. Mirror cleaning I also considered a hassle and never got the perfect finish without forever rubbing and buffing, with my Karcher WV5 I get the perfect finish within minutes of starting.

This little device has made window cleaning almost a pleasure - though you do have to practice ensuring that you use it correctly to avoid streaks. It also works well on my car windscreen.

I bought this product last week. It is very good so far. I use it for my shower screens of my brand new house. I was looking for a product to keep my shining new shower screens looking great and came across this. It works on glass and tiles. I use it right after I took shower. I don't even use the cleaning solution/spray. You can run it vertically from the top to the part about 20 or 30 cm above the floor because you cannot use it on the right angle and the lower part of the device stops running right down to the floor. But that's not a problem. All you need is to run the bottom part horizontally.

Thought this was a gimmicky thing until we borrowed one from friends. So we were impressed enough to buy our own - the new WV 5 Premium. Used it today and it was great. Just need to use a dry cloth to wipe any smears or residue but the finish on windows, cupboard doors, mirrors has to be seen! So easy to use. And the fluid is really good.
