Always prompt to complete the job. Interesting off cuff commentary as we followed him around with tips and suggestions on minor matters which we found very helpful . Very prompt with written report. Wayne ticked all the boxes for us.

Mark arrived on time and was very friendly and respectful toward us and also to the tenants who were at the property at the time. Mark took the time to explain what he was looking for and how his specialised equipment worked and afterwards, informed us of what his general findings were. His detailed report was emailed to us promptly and was very thorough and easy to understand. Because of this, we were able to make an informed decision.

Very happy with Nigel and Corrine Crocker from Jim Building Inspection, Carindale. . They took over 2 hours to do a thorough inspection, very impressive. Had, previously, engaged two separate inspectors for two properties, they both took half an hour, and the end results were horrific n ended up costing thousands to fix the problems that were not picked up by the inspectors.
