Wanted an expert opinion on a potentially dangerous issue with the house we were renting with aim of ending lease agreement. Jay had a look and was so concerned about our situation he offered to skip writing a report and speak directly to the landlord/agent, whom he then convinced to let us end our lease agreement without delay or costs. The perfect outcome for us and Jay didn't even charge us anything as we didn't end up needing a report.

Richard helped me the second time for the house inspection report. It was couple of days before the auction. So he quickly arranged the time with the agent. As usual, He checked everywhere, gave me a lot of good suggestions and was very professional. He was super helpful and really cares about his customers. Andrew Skinner was my main man for not one, but two places. I pulled out of the first house, then used him again for the second. Andrew was courteous, friendly and responsive, and gave me a detailed report both times. Even stuck around for the second place to do a walk-through with me and point out things here and there.
