I love this product - for me! I don't have kids but have been using this in my shower for years. There is nothing quite so fresh as the smell of your skin after showering with johnson's baby bath. I am concerned that this doesn't seem to be a good product for young skin (many reviews about drying out baby's skin) please consider making this an adult product if you ever decide to ditch it from the range, it is getting harder and harder to find i'm guessing due to today's 'gaia' parenting it may not be around forever. Don't change a thing, just make it a 'body' wash instead of a 'baby' wash....See only two letters difference!

I feel this is far too perfumed and dried out my baby's skin a little. Smells very very soapy and lingers for a while. Am trying all the Johnson's products to try and find a suitable wash that doesn't dry out his skin. All the Johnsons products seem so perfumed.

Has a lot of perfume! I would definately prefer something fragrance free or less perfumed. You can smell this product in the bath room hours after you have given baby a bath.

would not recommend this product ..it is over priced and full of to many chemicals that clearly do not agree with babies sensitive skin. dont waste your money.

I personally did not like this product i found it dried out my sons skin and due to this had to go to chemist and get a goats milk soap product and rash cream in order to clear his dry skin up.

I would not use this product on a baby, I would recommend trying an organic product (or just use water on a brand new baby) as they have very sensitive skin.

It's full of chemicals and all sorts of nasty stuff not nice for babies skin. I recieved this as a gift and will not use it on my baby

This is a product I would not use on a newborn as it may cause skin irritations/reactions. Would be ok to use on kids or babies from 12months. Wouldn't recommend if your child has sensitive skin or eczma/dermatitis I would go for a more medicated product even though this one advertises it is gentle on babies skin.
Used it for bubble baths, has nice perfume in it
My baby's skin became dry after bathing in this so my partner and I used it as bodywash. It made my son's skin worse which I feel the sodium laryl sulphate may have caused this (common ingredient in soap products.)

overall, i think that it is good use for bubble baths but dont use it on baby skin cause it makes their skin go dry. everyone likes having nice smooth skin and johnson's isn't the way to go.

many johnson's products make skin dry for some reason. it has to be from something in the product.

Personally, I am not using this product anymore as after 4 uses, my baby's skin reacted badly (peeling and dryness). We have switched to top to toe as this was what the hospital was using and we have had no problems since (fingers crossed!). I would suggest getting a sample (if possible) if you are worried about how your baby's skin will react to this.

This is a great baby wash and can also be used for washing baby's hair as it works just as good as the shampoo and smells divine. It's a no more tears formula plus it's soap free so won't irritate the skin.
you only need to use a little bit to get lots of bubbles and it smells really pretty too. Nice blue colour and makes the whole bathroom smell nice at bathtime
Unless on special it's a bit pricey so not to be used on a daily basis in big amounts as will cost too much overall

A little goes a long way with baby bath so it makes sense not to buy cheaper brands where you end up using more anyway. A bottle will last for several months. Baby loved the bubbles but they didn't last long and spoilt our fun in the bath. It didn't sting baby's eyes when he kicked the bath water in his eyes. Left baby's skin nice and soft and with a subtle smell too. Yet another great product from Johnsons!

I loved bathing both of my newborns in this baby wash as it is so gentle and calming and baby is left smelling beautiful. It is good value for money as the one bottle will last for ages as you only need to use a small amount in the bath to create heaps of foamy bubbles that babies just love. It is really mild on sensitive skin and it also cleans and moisturises babies skin. It is a tear free formula so it wont sting little eyes. This product is perfect for any newborn baby and older.

This was a very nice smelling product, you just got that new baby smell from it straight away. You only need to use the smallest amount as it lathers very well. I have not yet brought this product as I have heaps of other johnsons bathing products to use first but when I do run out I would definantly buy this one. I would strongly recommend this to everyone with a bub. Just fantastic
This it what was used on my girls in hospital, it smells great, you only need a small amount ( to much and there is bubbles everywhere

This is what they use in the hospital when my boys were born. Love the smell of this. Last a long time as you dont need to use much. I have found that it leaves my babies skin very soft and smelling nice. Overall great value,Nice smelling, Helps baby skin stay soft. Recommend.

Nothing at all

I am not sure if this body wash caused my little boy to get a rash, but the rash is gone and my bottle of body wash ran out last week!?
Never the less I do like Johnson and johnson products. This one has a very nice smell, not too overpowering and makes bathtime just so lovely smelling. My bottle lasted me about 4 months, so it goes a long way for the price.
I love the smell - the smell of a little baby.
My baby had a rash under his arms, then I stopped using this body wash and it has gone away.

Haven't had any problems with this product as some other users have described. It has never dried out my childs skin and I use it on the hair also without any problems. Leaves my childs skin feeling extremely soft. Overall a great product that I am happy to recommend.

This is an average product. It is reasonably priced, and can go a long way. As others have mentioned, the bubbles do seem to disappear pretty fast. The "no-tears" formula is good, helps keeps the kids happy in the bath and make it a good experience. It seems to be quite drying, and definitely shouldn't be used on hair - just unsuitable and dries it out. It can be bad enough on the skin sometimes. Overall I've given it three stars as it is average; I prefer Baby Bedtime Bath. You pay a bit more but get a superior product.

This is not J&J's best product but I still like to use it on occasion. It's definitely drying to sensitive skin and the bubbles go away very quickly.

Love the no more tears - teaching our little one all about water and not to be scared of it when it is poured over his head ... he's not so mission achieved!

Last review mentioned smell wasn't that nice - it just smells like soap or any other plain washing liquid, so i guess it wasn't fragrant but that didn't bother us.

Would use it again - but only if the new Johnsons Soothing range was sold out or unavailable as rate this product more highly.

I do not like this wash at all.
The smell is not particularly appealing. It does not 'soap up' very well. I find it to be very drying on babies skin, which with a daughter who suffers eczema is a big no no.
The no tears formula is effective, I can get large quantities in my babies eyes without any complaints.
The wash is cheap to buy, but in my opinion is just a cheap and nasty product, with no soothing or moisturising properties at all. I was much better off to spend a little more on a quality wash.
