Can the cell hours be reset? I have replaced cell. But hours are well above 16000 hours
Is there a contact for K Chlor (Kawana) Direct? I am interested in purchasing a K Chlor to replace my current broken-down chlorinator, but no brick-and-mortar pool shops in my area supply them. My concern is after-sales service if something goes wrong. Thank you.

What is the warranty on this KChlor chlorinator
Hi there, iam a new owner of a k-klor chlorinator gold series that I've only had for 4 months, iam noticing some build up on my cell, my pool holds 30,000 litres, what percentage should I put the chlorine on the system & also what number should I put for the cell cleaning as winter is only 2 weeks away.
How do I switch the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
Status on my Kchlor constantly goes between, STATUS OK, and STATUS PRIMING CELL. Checked connections and everything the manual says but still no luck. Any ideas? its a new cell 1 week old
Not too sure m8 i haven't seen that before.

Normally this would happen when the pump is faulty ... and just hums.. the capacitor won't start the pump and does not prime the cell with water ..

Is your pump starting up.and priming the cell with water ?
if I have get air in the pump from the skimmer box do I need to release it somehow or will it do it itself?
I currently have a Hydrochlor 2500 set-up which is causing me trouble. What are the dimensions of the cell for the K Chlor Digital unit. Will it fit into the housing I have for the current unit?

Frankly, only 5 star ratings and for all aspects of the chlorinator is not plausible. No other chlorinator with multiple reviews gets more than 2 stars.
What's going on? Sounds to good to be true and we know what that means.
Don't know about the other reviews but very happy with the quality of product and customer service received when I made enquiries and eventually purchased.
I have had different chlorinators in the past and I have had problems with them both. Kchlor is the best on the market in my opinion and the rating is 5 stars. You obviously haven’t had one?
Well, obviously Dave. If i had one wouldn't be reading reviews.
If you have had used ALL chloronators on the market you might be able to say it is best.
It is a wonder ALL pool shops dont stock the best on the market; they claim the ones they sell are, of course.

They arent actually. They might be badged at Kawana Chorination but are same unit as H2Flow etc. irrespective, i have h2flow and am very happy with it. vgood value for money.
