This was a short term solution whilst moving from one location to another.
The information and service was excellent. The room was very clean.
The staff were always cheerful and very helpful.

Hired a rotary hoe last weekend at very short notice (same day request) for a 1/2 day.

Rang Lilydale (my nearest one and is a 1 hour round trip) and all were booked out however the manager (I assume) (M), was trying his best to come up with a workable solution, was very pleasant and demonstrated a positive attitude that you generally don't see too much off - "Nothing was too much trouble".

Anyway, he found one available in Bayswater, we booked it for the following morning and even said it would be OK to pick it up just before closing as this ...

I called today morning on 135135 and enquired about Jack Hammer. Receptionist George responded in very nicely and professionally. He is real asset of Kennards. I am always happy to talk to receptionist like George.

We hired a tile scrubber/polisher from Kennards Hire Hoxton Park. Customer service was fantastic and he was very knowledgeable. The machine was in good condition and worked like a charm!
Smooth process and easy to deal with.

Went to Belmont Kennards to get a dingo, service was exceptional and explained everything and hooked up trailer, although the dingo wasn't right for the job we came back and swapped for a post hole digger and we apologied for messing them around. No problems, they swapped it over and gave us back the difference in price. Will be using them many times as our house is built. There service compared to another hire place in Geelong is above and beyond

Hired a mini loader for the weekend. The thing was superb, it outperformed expectations. Had the basics down after 5-10 minutes. $320 hire and produced the work of at least 3 labourers. Kind man at the depot even did some running repairs on me trailer lights connection.

great service, item dropped off on time. Chris showed me how to use the unit which was helpful. I had difficulty getting the unit out of my back yard, Kennards sent two guys out to sort it out. Very helpful and friendly service!!!

Anyhow So I checked out Kennard hire at west gosford!! boys are great!!
So for the weekend picked up friday returned monday, $198.00 for whole weekend

The service provided by the young men at Kennards Bayswater Vic is wonderful. They are polite, pleasant and do all they can to assist. I wasn't sure if the ladder would fit on my small car; the man measured the car for me. On the day the ladder was placed on the car for me and tied down with a ratchet tie they supplied. The man showed me how to use the ratchet. On return, the same pleasant helpful service.

I am so appreciate for the service from Rydalmere branch . They helped me to solve the problem while I hire the BBQ . Thank you and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Cannington Kennards hire had great customer service and really friendly team members. Highly recommend them. Great competitive rates for hiring. Able to get trailer straight away on the day and the guys were happy to fit it all for me. Very happy.

Im a landscaper and fencer and Im hiring from kennards long time but I havent seen any one rude incompetent and racist like mick fatass in PENRITH branch hope this will be seen by management.
5 star On other hand Richard Dylan April Mitchall in Campbeltown branch are great people love to work and chat with them like a family.

Excellent professional service particularly Jim. Very helpful both in person and on the phone. Equipment needed to be delivered which occurred as agreed.
We have hired equipment from them several times and will go back again.
