Excellent customer service from design phase through to installation and follow up. The results of the walk in wardrobe were exactly what we were after and we couldn’t be happier for choosing Kinsman. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with our video appointment with a super knowledgeable design consult! I was really surprised how smooth and easy it was despite that fact that we weren’t sitting in the same room together.
Can truly recommend this experience with anyone that are thinking of renovating their kitchen.

We booked Kinsman months in advance and had it installed when we were ready later in year. The salesman was great at first meeting. The instore staff at The Good Guys were great. Even the delivery team. Our site manager was brilliant. He was upfront, informative and kept the process of installation on track. Yes we were without a kitchen for few weeks but the end result was worth it. The quality is fantastic. Definitely get what you pay for. We love our new kitchen! Word of advice is do go to stone factory and pick your bench top. Don’t rely on the samples it’s totally different.

We had a great design appointment. Was very happy from start to finish with the customer service and will be doing all of my kitchens with Kinsman in the future. Thank you!

Rosemaria in The Good Guys was fantastic and without her there wouldn't have been a kitchen. The information that she provided was clear and concise.
Measure to Install - this was very well orchestrated.
Trades persons were always professional, turned up on time and ensured that the areas they worked on were left with no rubbish and cleaned.
Jonathon our installer was fantastic. Very thorough with his work and could always be contacted with any questions at any time. Everything came together beautifully and kitchen looks great. Very Happy

All trades people were very professional. Some of the neatest, cleanest tradesmen we have had

One small issue with 2 doors (wrong length) was taken care of without delay.

We got our kitchen delivered in November last year. The installer was absolutely fantastic, very thorough . Great job Steve We had a problem with the cutlery tray which was the wrong one to start with but in the end Ambalee whom i was really impressed with her great customer service skills sorted everything out for us
I would like also to point out that the designer did a great job he really gave me what i had in mind hats off to Matt brilliant job

Thank you Pedro for your help designing our new kitchen. It is such a pleasure when you can get your new kitchen tailored to your needs at such a reasonable price. We are looking forward to "cooking up a storm" in our Hampton inspired kitchen.

Just got my kitchen completed and very pleased with the outcome. My kitchen designer (Rene Hill) was very helpful, prompt and insightful without being pushy. A special mention of Ralph French (Installer), who co-ordinated all the tradies with swiss precision, he certainly is a credit to your organisation. All the tradies were exceptional, i.e on schedule and budget. May I make a suggestion, changing the height of the shelves could be more user friendly specially for the uninitiated like me, could be because of the plastic tracks holding them. No hesitation recommending Kinsman.

kinsman team of tradies were exceptional everything done on the exact days allocated, boyd cabinetry (steve ) helpful and very courteous .. i’m happy with the results, definitely recommend kinsman kitchen and the cost was as quoted no hidden surprises.

I chose Kinsman based on a recommendation from a friend (something I normally do). I was not disappointed! Great service and attention to detail from start to finish. Elise was a friendly, patient and talented designer. Michael the installer was fantastic. His communication and advice was fantastic as well his co-ordination of the trades. One slight hiccup in delivery date but this was due to Kinsman’s quality control picking up error in components prior to delivery which is a lot better than identifying error upon delivery. A very satisfied customer who would recommend Kinsman without hesitation.

I would absolutely recommend Kinsman Kitchens. Staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. The online communication portal was convenient and easy...and the best part is, my new kitchen looks great!

Installation went smoothly and the installers were prompt and cleaned up every day before leaving.
