I have use the Kmart blender I bought for good 3 years,I want to get another one but seem it's out of stock

Do not buy this product. Started leaking from when it was new. So I haven't used it at all. I dint keep the receipt, so I can't return it.
You can return items to Kmart without a receipt! I have done so countless times with no issue, they just give an exchange voucher rather than a refund. Tell them it's faulty

I just bought this blender and have used it for one cycle of the low function to mix together smooth ingredients such as almond meal and cream cheese by the end the machine was smoking from the base, why is that?

I plugged the blender in, locked the blending jug into place, turn the power on, press any of the buttons and the light is solid white but nothing happens.
Take it back & ask for a new one, if this happens again& you can't get it to work. No point risking your safety, it could just be a wiring fault. (It's showing the power is getting thru)

If it's less than 12 mths old, take it back& they'll need to swap it. If it's older than that, try the contact details in the user manual. They'll be able to tell you if you can buy one...

You may not have clicked it in position correctly. Make sure you click it securely into place. Hope this helps.

No its not fixed.
Return to Kmart for refund or replacement
Is there some special way to click it in as far as I know the cup turns to the lock position but I still have gjad hung white lights
