Where can you get recipes and how long to cook things or is it just guess work? I am not on facebook so can't join kmart air fryer club

Sue, I have found that generally, food takes a bit less than it would normally. Once it is cooking the machine can easily be opened to check it. Food needs to be in one layer or moved around during cooking time so that all sides are exposed to the heat. I looked at the internet for ideas and found this very helpful.
thanks maryanne do you have recipes
Just type the right search term into your browser eg 'air fryer recipe salmon fillet'

Is there a stop button if you want to remove food earlier or do you just turn off at the power?
1 answer
No need to turn off. You pull out the fryer and check if the items are cooked. If not, just put it back in and it will start off again where you stopped.

Can you use silicone in your ankle air fryer
2 answers
I haven't used silicone in the air fryer Heather, but I don't see why you couldn't, silicone is supposed to withstand high heat.
Sorry, Heather T, I have not tried silicone in the Air Fryer, but if it can go in the oven then I see no reason why it could not go into the Air Fryer

realease basket in anko air fryer
2 answers
Are you wondering how to get the basket out of the base I wonder? The answer to that is: grab the handle and pull the basket out and put it down on a level surface. Holding the handle, use your thumb to slide the top of the handle forward. Doing that will reveal a button under your thumb. Press down on the button with your thumb while pulling the handle upward and you will have separation. I hope that helps.
Thank you.. Cos of the probs I had, I got in touch with kmart customer service who then contacted my local store. They offered me a refund or swap so I got another. Had no probs with the catch. Cooked chicken kievs tonite.. Only took 20 mins as compared to 40 mins in my old convection m/wave. Lovely even browning too.. Love it!
