When I turn the heater on it stays on 20c
Wanting to turn heater on to max level .
Loses its settings every day
Loses its settings (mode and temperature) every time it's switched off, and that's with the remote or the button on the unit, not the hardware switch or wall plug. The default auto mode it comes back on with is heat to 25°C which is way too hot. Makes it pretty much useless having to fiddle around pressing buttons every day. Would not recommend.

Good value for money
Much more efficient than oil heater. It is perfect for a large bedroom, the room gets very warm in a short time. It does a decent job in an open space ( living/room+kitchen +corridor) but obviously not sufficient to feel that warm. I think with two of them in the open space it would be fine. Not sure for how long it will last though...

Not a great heater
The model Kmart sells looks slightly different now.
I returned the Kmart $29 convention heater and purchased this heater specifically because it stated noiseless operation. Whilst I can confirm it runs quietly even with the fan on, the heat it generated was pitiful. Even running on max heat. The air the tiny fan blows out becomes cold about 10 cm away from the unit. The fan is located on the narrow edge of the heater which would typically not be facing out into a room.

... Read more the fan is located in a better position and higher up. Although the fan on the $29 heater is not as quiet as this $59 heater, it actually helps to heat the room. I will be returning this $59 heater and swapping back the $29 until i find a better one. I wish you could try these in store and not have to buy and return them!

Stylish remote controlled heater. Worth the price
This heater can heat up a big room nicely and quietly. It heats up quickly too. I love how I can adjust the temperature remotely as well as set a timer to it. I’m satisfied with this heater. One of the best in Kmart.

What is the energy rating
I’m not sure electric heaters have an energy star rating. Electric heaters are 100% efficient as in all energy put into them is converted from electrical energy to heat energy. Electric heaters do use more power than reverse cycle or gas heaters as a general rule to heat the same space so their star rating would be lower than those options.
If you’re interested in understanding the cost to run the Anko heater, it has either 750w and/or 1250w settings and these can be combined for a total of 2000w per hour usage.
Your power bill will say how much you spend per watt hour so you could calculate running costs accordingly based on usage.
Long and short. It’s an effective heater. But you’ll pay more to heat the same space as you would with reverse cycle or gas.
I use 2 of these in my home/office with a wifi controller and I’m super comfortable!
