Some of the best sleep in my life
I am a chronic insomniac. I have always been jealous of my partner who can just about fall asleep anywhere which is something I can only dream about happening unless I have been awake for more than 36 hours.
I have always stuck to having 2 pillows since I started buying my own bedding (Side sleeper gusseted pillows from Target) because I require some really firm support for my neck and they were affordable at $11 for 2 on special. Sometimes it really isn't enough, and I spend a good hour and half shifting into a comfortable position. The memo...Read more
ry foam or latex pillows always scares me off with their price. I have tried the Bianca Memory Foam Contour Pillow at my parent's house, which was close to $100 a pop, and found it too hard and the concave edges digging into my neck quite uncomfortable. In comes the Anko memory foam pillow. The Anko memory foam pillow isn't made with an entire piece of memory foam, but with the shredded pieces which keeps the properties of the foam moulding to the contours of your head and neck without sacrificing on the overall softness of the pillow. It is still slightly firm to the touch, but once you put your head on it you can feel the difference between it and pillows made from entire piece of memory foam. The nice support it provides means I can get away with having only 1 pillow. The extra old pillow is now only used to prop myself up for reading in bed. It has given me some of the best sleep since I bought them, sometimes falling asleep almost immediately regardless of the position I happened to adopt.Purchased in December 2021 at Kmart for $15.00.
