Why did you take the fan out

published

I love this radiant heater with the fan although it only seems to last two winters then dies. I re purchased it last week when I got it home I realized it doesn't have a fan now. I'm very disappointed it's only a radiant heater yes it's my fault for not looking at box properly but when they have previously sold these heaters with fan for few years now, people expect the same quality. It's not the same anymore . Why would they do that to a good heater In First place.i won't be repurchasing these no more. Sad because I really did like these heaters.

They sold them with fans for a few years. The updated version hasn't got fan now. They are not as good as they use to be without then fan.
