Sorry for the delay in getting back to you here!

That's right, unfortunately the removable covers aren't compatible with Lounging Sofas purchased before 2023. This is because to make the covers removable, we had to make some adjustments to the sofa itself, so the sofas purchased in 2023 are a different version to the ones previously available.

Great question!

As much as we wish we could, we cant do custom colours or swap the fabrics from different products :(

The closest colour to Woolomooloo in the Lounging Sofa would be Winter Sky, although it's a little more grey than blue. Alternatively, our Modern Sofa comes in Blue Heeler which is similar to the Woolomooloo fabric on our dining chairs. We've popped a link below so you can take a peek!

We're stoked to hear you're loving your sofa, but let's see if we can do something about that pilling!

Pilling is natural and it's nothing to worry about, but it can take away from that schmick look of the sofa, can't it?

Luckily, we've got a couple of tips to help remove and reduce pilling:
- Vacuum your sofa once a week or so, using low suction to help remove dirt and cheeky fibres that like to mingle with each other to cause pilling
- Use a fabric shaver on the sofa every now and then to remove any pilling that's occurring and reduce the risk of more

Great question! We think long and hard about how our sofas can best fit into real lives and homes, to make your home purr-fectly comfy for your whole family - including fur babies.

While our sofa fabrics are durable and pretty resilient, none can can quite compete with a scratching post. We've called in the experts though (our product managers) who agreed that our brand new Cork Sofa would be the best bet! It's our version of a leather sofa, giving you long-lasting durability - but without nasties (like the chemicals often used in leather products) and peace of mind since it's super sustainable! What better way to find out if you love it than by trying it in your own home? If you or any of your family members (again, fur babies included) don't find it the comfiest fit, you can simply return it within 120 nights, no questions asked :)

We can't have your chance to sit down and relax is getting interrupted. So sorry to hear this and we'd love to help get if sorted for you! After all, sofa's are supposed to be far more comfy than a slippery dip.

The velcro Jebus mentioned above should be on your sofa too (thanks for the tip Jebus!). It ought to be right at the front of the sofa base and cushion. It can be easy to miss as it’s got a protective cover on it that's the same colour as the sofa itself! If you remove the protective cover it’ll stay nicely in place :) Please let us know if you can't spot the velcro? Sorry to hear you're having this same issue and we'd love to get this sorted for you!

We've found that if you remove the seat and pop it back in place, but this time leaving about a hands-width gap between the seat (or mattress) and the back of he sofa, this gives the seat more support and will keep it in place - no need for readjusting!

Thanks so much for reach out on behalf of all our tall friends! Good question :) The sofa in fact sits 82cm high and accounts for the comfiness of those who are at the longer end of the spectrum. We've chatted with our product team and they’ve advised that the design is a standard height. Then we also put it to the test with one of the tallest Koalas in the Treehouse, who said he’d never had any worries and all the support he needs.

We just love the way you think! Great question. Sorry to say that we don't have a sofa (so fa-r) that'll do the trick. We had a chat with our product development team for you though mate, and while the arms of the two and three seaters are needed to stabilise the whole frame and make sure the bolts don't buckle... Our motto is the more the merrier too, so here's hoping one day we'll create your comfiest corner yet :)

Hi Colette,

It depends on which state you are located. As you go though to purchase process it will advise when you can have your Modern Sofa delivered. This product has sold so well our stock levels are low so to get a sooner delivery time we advise you get in ASAP.

There are 2 x Colours available. Arvo Storm (Grey) and Hawky (Beige). If you click on the dot it should change the images to reflect the colour you want to purchase. To make sure it is the correct model there will be a caption on the left hand side of the images explaining the model size and colour.

Hi Kevin

Our fabric is very durable for everyday use and having some loveable pet friends, however like any fabric it will still need to be maintained because unfortunately pet hair could still get trapped between the fibres. Pet hair is easily removed with a lint brush and vacuum cleaning.
