Good
Loved the Kogan product - but would not buy from them if they used Allied Express Courier service.
Kogan should seriously consider changing their preferred provider.
This LCD TV is as good as the more expensive ones seen at your regular electronic store. Can't fault it!

Hi
I bought Kogan's TV model no. KGN1080P47VAA some years back. I would like to know its Energy rating? The sticker on the TV showed 1 and a half star. Is that correct? I should have asked this question when i bought the TV. Now, NSW Govt. is giving a promotion to replace Old TV's and Fridges which are not energy proficient, hence this question.

Hi Yogi,
Thanks for your question!
We can confirm that the power consumption of the unit is < 300W while in use.
Your TV is an LCD TV, therefore, it won't qualify for the Government initiative that you've mentioned as that only applies to Plasma and CRT TV's.
If you have any further questions or require any further assistance with you TV, please don't hesitate to contact our team on 1300 304 292 or at the following link:

Purchased 47" smart tv, epg function does not work, you emailed zip file (very huge hile), with instructions, we cannot get the
zip file to open, have tried several ways, but file will not open, why can't KOGAN just print out the instructions?
and fax, post them out, very frustrating.......
