FM radio feature on this headphone re-tuning not working
I bought this headphone for listening from the sdcard and to the FM stations. I am happy with the music I can listen from the sdcard. They are good. But I am not able to tune the FM radio on this headphone to listen to my favourite FM stations. I tried the method on the user manual to retune by pressing the power/play/pause button With fm radio selected. It is not working, I want to tune to fm stations and store them. I am in Sydney with good fm reception.
How can I retune fm stations on my headphone. Is there any trick.

Blue tooth lag with TV
I purchased this headset when I started sharing with another person so I could watch my tv in my bedroom and not disturb them. I purchased a brand new smart tv and although they pair easily, there is a constant lag of between 1-5 seconds depending on what I'm watching.

Waste of money
Just received it at end of May 2020.
The moment it connects to bluetooth, I hear constant beep sound (noise) when nothing is playing. When calling the receiver is complaining about my sound quality, and on my side it's poor and every few seconds a loud noise (like a beeeeeep) is heard for 2 seconds.
Connected that to 3.5mm cable and listened to music on PC, the sound is different from what I'm used to. Quality is similar to the headphones on the airplanes.
I'd return it today, and let's see how Kogan manages the returned products.

Delay on bluetooth makes it close to useless
Shame, the Kogan headphones like the HD-30 Pro were so good for the price. But these are terrible. Bluetooth functionality is very poor having a 5-20 second delay before you can actually hear what is playing on your phone (iPhone in this case). Not recommended.
Purchased in at Kogan.com for $60.

I Cannot use bluetooth function. It connected then 1 second it disconnected itseft. Disappointed when i bought this product. Waste a lot of my time to find help from Kogan and tried to work out with the product as well as contact Kogan.I bought this product with red colour in March 2020 from Kogan. I cannot use bluetooth function as i want when i buy it. It connected then 1 second later it disconnected itself with my phone. I cannot listen anything due to this issue. I go to Kogan website try to find help but it is not easy to find support team on their website too. Such a waste of time and money on this product by useless bluetooth headphone as Kogan advertised. Disappointed and really want to return.

Toy headphones with abismal client interaction
I have to say it's my fault for not believing the reviews. "plastic feels cheap", it was too subjective. But to be more objective, this is like a dollar shop kid toy headphone. "don't believe kogan's products picture" I thought it couldn't be that bad, but it is. I bought the "metallic" one since the picture actually made me believe it's metal. It's just cheap painted plastic. The buttons and everything is loose and as bad quality as you can get on a cheap dollar shop toy. The padding is as hard as plastic and it hurts to use very quickly.
But...
Read more the worst part is the client interaction (which the website made me believe existed). There is no way to contact them but the email and each answer takes 2 to 3 days. Apparently I can't get the money back and I have to pay for the delivery. I bought this for $25, so I think I'll keep it to remind me to never buy anything from Kogan unless I am 100% sure I can't be fooled (i.e., if I have no expectations or it's not a kogan product, but a known brand, and even then...). All that said, it's cheap. Not worth even that price, but it's not going to break the bank. I guess that's how Kogan survives. Everyone thinks "meh, even if it's crap, for that price it can't be that bad". But the bluetooth works (not so much the radio) even if not great, and it plays music (I don't care much about the sound quality, so can't judge there). The microphone quality is so bad that it's basically non existent. So don't buy this if you ever expect to make calls. It's just a bad quality, uncomfortable bluetooth headphone that works ok if you pay $25 or less and have no expectations.Purchased in at Kogan.com for $25.

Bad Bluetooth Quality
The build quality of the product isn't that great and I had purchased these for $49 before they were dropped to $29 (Purchased a few months ago). The build feels really like a really cheap plastic and the ear cushions aren't that comfortable as they are pretty hard and don't offer much sound isolation- if any. The main issue i experienced on this was that as I was using the bluetooth function on the kogan headphones they would cut out. I believe this has something to do a battery saving function but as it transitions from one song to another, i...
Read moret cuts out for about 5-20 seconds before playing again (the song would still play so you'd miss a bunch of it). This also happened as I was watching videos on bluetooth and it too would cut out in the middle of a video. Although, Kogan's customer service was pretty decent as they reply every 24hrs as opposed to not at all- offering a full refund (after a few emails).Purchased in at Kogan for $49.
