I bought this heater in 2018 and at the time the app didn't have as many features. They have really done some work to fix the SmarterHome app, and the experience is now substantially better.

The heater itself is perfect for a bedroom of any size. I've had it in a King and Queen size room and it heats up the space in about 15 mins. The controls have a Low and High setting and then you select the temperature you want to output to. I purchased 2 smarterhome heaters. They look smart and elegant.
One was dented on the corner but works quite well. One with the thermostat problem and produced very strong electrical burning smell. I could not set the temperature, it was always default to 30. Installed the SmartHome app and reset the heater a few times fixed the problem. However the thermostat was not accurate.
