An awesome alternative to the Vitamix

published

I bought this as I'd heard great reviews of the Vitamix and the healthy soups you can make with it, but without having a Vitamix budget, I purchased the Kogan Vitablast and I have not looked back!
Seriously love this unit, it's incredibly powerful and really easy to keep clean.

Awesome blender for the price..

published

Can't fault it..have used it for smoothies, milk shakes, soups etc and it does an awesome job. For the price its a no brainer. I was gonna but a blender of $1000 but at 1/10 the price I am thrilled. The add on warranty is a bonus and if anything goes wrong you get a replacement.

Great Powerful Blender

published

Purchased after the seals & rubber feet wore out on my NutriBullet. The Kogan machine is awesome, cuts through ice, frozen fruit etc with ease. Only negative would be the size (Jug is quite tall for sink cleaning). Remember this is a powerful machine and with it comes the noise!

Great product. Easy and powerfull

published

Been using the vitablast for a few weeks now and can only give praise. Only issue I've had was with apples however it was easily solved by cutting them in smaller pieces. It has no issues blending frozen fruits and ice into a nice and smooth mix. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Powerful and easy to clean

published

This was an affordable, powerful and easy to clean blender. Only faults are a lot of pieces to maintain and no instructions on delivery. Great value for the price, delivery was quite prompt although was held up slightly by Australia post which I guess was out of the suppliers control.

Fantastic machine

published

I purchased this product in Jan this year and had it a few weeks when they sent an email to recalled the Jug and blade as they said the blade may break. They didn't recall the actual machine just the jug and blade. They sent out a brand new Jug with new and better stronger blades. Have now been using it for 9 months and works extremely well and have no complaints whatsoever. Does what they advertise it to do, no problems. If your budget doesn't allow for the "big brand named ones" this is the product for you. At this price you can't go wrong. As another reviewer said "Go for It! "

Good for one week only

published

As a commercial full speed blender rated at 1400W and full speed of 25000rpm it worked really well, able to crush ice and create really good smoothies. Alas today after only 7 days the jug cracked down near the base. I had ice, watermelon, frozen bananas and yoghurt.

Just to advise Kogan have done a recall on this product. I don't know whether they have contacted all buyers of this product but they are manufacturing a new jug and say ready in about 5 weeks. Email notice 16/01/2015.
