paper jams frequently, but pulling the toner and drums out makes you think that it will just fall apart in your hands! Bring back the old printer. it was working fine until the drum needing replacing after many years and many thousands of pages.
Presumably the Kyocera was cheaper for the purchasing department. Pity they did not include our time.
