My husband and I have been enjoying the comfort and support of our new Pure Support latex mattress which we are using with our flexible slat bed base. Jessica in the Underwood showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained all the wonderful benefits of sleeping on a pure latex mattress for health. This is a substantial investment but we are told it will last us for 25 years!

We couldn't be happier with our Pure Support latex mattress - it was truly money well spent. When we were in the process of buying a new mattress a couple of friends had mentioned that they had switched to a latex mattress. So we went to Latex Mattress' Brisbane showroom after trying a number of standard mattresses and as soon as we tried the Pure Support mattress, we purchased it on the spot! We haven't been disappointed, I had previously been waking up with hip pain, which has disappeared since we switched to a latex mattress. Hi, the staff at LMA were very supportive as I interrogated them on the expensive purchase I was about to make... Given I live in country NSW, and we were unable to actually test the mattress before buying it so I was a bit appprehensive. We have used a latex mattress before but were still worried about the expense... it is definitively the right decision to purchase the mattress, we sleep like babies!

We have had the Support mattress for a number of weeks now and not disappointed by the decision. The latex is a bit different to the innerspring but in a nice way, and it seeming gives better support regardless of your position.
We ordered and paid for the Mattress and they manufactured it the same week! No old floor stock. With everything we ordered all packaged and ready to go when we arrived. Was surprised to find out I did not need a flat surface to transport it (so saved $150 freight to Gold Coast) as the mattress was rolled up and fitted just in the back seat of our Prado.
Also liked the mattress cover being able to zipp off and wash and replace if necessary. Yes no smells and out gassing right from new..

We purchased this for our child who is very sensitive to smells & chemicals. It was daunting making the purchase without seeing or testing the mattress, but Richard was able to help us out with all the details we needed and gladly posted us a sample. The mattress is excellent quality and extremely comfortable - we are saving up to purchase one for ourselves!

We are a slim couple in our forties, living in Brisbane. The medium density with bamboo has proven to be a good choice. It's like a fantastically comfortable slab. Every night we just slide into a coma, no problem. In the mornings we feel very rejuvenated: no back or pressure point issues at all. I have now had my first latex mattress for one month. My husband and I have never slept on a mattress that provides extreme comfort and support. It is extremely comfortable & supportive, just what we were looking for. It is very durable. This mattress is in our motorhome. My wife would wake up with a backache and headache from the original mattress -- after replacing it with the latex mattress, problem solved. We are very happy with its quality.

Purchasing a new mattress, albeit a latex one, is a big decision. I went to the showroom in New Farm and the shop assistant spent a lot of time discussing the different options in model and firmness and size, etc. with me. I was confident they knew what they were talking about.
I tried them all out (lay on them in the store) and when it was time to place the order, the shop assistant was very helpful and processed my order promptly.
My mattress arrived on schedule, the two delivery guys were really nice and unwrapped it for me.
My first (and subsequent) nights sleeps) have been fantastic, I am very happy with my latex mattress, it is super comfortable, and I am having wonderful nights sleeps.

I bought the Pure Support mattress for my daughter. I often end up sleeping in her bed and can really tell the difference between her latex and my inner spring mattress. Her mattress is so much more comfortable and supportive and I have a much better sleep. I researched latex mattresses extensively and was so glad I found Latex Mattress Australia, they were full for information and their customer service was excellent. I was a bit unsure at first as I wasn't able to get to a showroom and try the mattress prior to purchase however all my fear subsided once it arrived.

Purchased this mattress due to back pain for Mum and she loves it. Dad has arthritis and he is finding the mattress helps with his aches. So far they are very happy with the mattress. They wish they bought this mattress ages ago!! Let's hope the mattress would not be too hot in summer.
The only downside to the experience was the delivery of the mattress (which was not the fault of Latex mattress Australia). The freight company left the mattress on the kerb outside the house and did not inform us of the delivery! We only knew that the mattress was delivered when dad went outside to collect the mail! When we informed LMA they were quick to provide feedback back to the freight company. Excellent service by LMA.

As I aged the quality and quantity of my sleeping has deteriorated. I purchased the mattress in June and my sleep has significantly improved. The latex provides a pleasant and unique degree of comfort.

We found the Latex Support very good, highly recommend if you want support and comfort. I have used for 2 months
now, so I waited to see the results and can honestly say it was well worth every cent.

July 23rd 2017 Update: Very Happy Customer

It has been over one Month, and this is the Best mattress I have purchased, I was concerned about the price but it was well worth every cent. Very comfortable, and no pain at all for sleeping in, and was able to sleep very quickly, no tossing and turning.

At last I have found a mattress that truly supports my spine and provides a comfortable, restful night's sleep without constant waking due to pain. I have fibromyalgia and experience widespread pain most days but since I have slept in my Latex Mattress Australia Pure Support mattress, I wake up feeling more refreshed and have more energy during the day. I was impressed with the manager of the New farm store too, who was very helpful with the choice of different mattresses. In short, I couldn't be happier with my mattress!
