LG WT-H950 (9.5kg)

Terrible machine. I have had this Brown Algae for years. It arrived 6 months after purchasing the machine. Given up on washing whites over and over again. Doesn't matter how many times I clean this machine it never goes away. You do a tub wash and bits are all through the water. Its the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought and at $1000 it wasn't cheap. I will never buy an LG product again. Got used of shaking my washing when dry which seams to remove alot if it. Alot of items I wash in bags but it still gets in. NO Stars whatsoever.

Had this thing for five years now broken down at least five times. Wasted that much water and power through machine doing extra cycles Thankfully the last of my LG appliances. had LG tv & blueray and fridge all broken after warranty will never buy another LG appliance again.

I have always been happy with this machine however after 5 years, I had 3 major electronic issues. On two occasions the sensor that senses the lid is closed malfunctioned requiring expensive repairs. Parts are only under warranty for 90 days! After spending the cost of the machine in 3 repairs, I have given up and purchased a new machine.

When I bought this machine almost 8 years ago, initially for the first two years it was great. After that I had so many problems. Lint on clothes, Tangled clothes, dirty clothes, destroyed clothes, you name it... I am getting rid of it soon and so looking forward to that!

Does as well as can be expected. Love that I can chuck the clothes in and it will automatically work out the water level. No excessive water usage this way. Can set a timer so clothes are ready to hang out when I wake up (or put in dryer if weather is wet). Relatively quiet machine. Large capacity.

It works great, no complaints whatsoever. White, color and blacks. Really happy with the machine as is. Superb water use which is really important to me. Don't understand all bad reviews. Maybe because we only use for small wash. Very good machine for us so far no problems untill this day

Had this machine for 2 years now. Be aware it will tangle all your clothes into huge tangles up balls and a stretched out mess, pant legs stretched arms of tops stretched. I can't put a whole load of washing in wash bags to protect it from getting tangled. I will never buy a washing machine without an agitator ever again. Now I use it as a second machine for large blankets sheets quilts etc, not recommended for actual clothes due to the tangle problem. Also it sometimes just stops mid cycle and shuts down.

This are the worse items I have purchased in my lifetime - 10 year warranty are a fake. power cut off mid cycle. with no help or after sale support. The reason it's discontinued because it have so many factory faults that LG are not willing to deal with. Don't ever purchase LG

Pure trash. It's ruined hundreds of dollars of clothing and leaves the scraps covered in lint and brown marks. Now I need to replace the washer, as well as all my clothing. Thanks a whole bunch LG, it's wonderful to pay exorbitant amounts of money for a machine that destroys my other belongings. Can't wait for the $2000 vacuum that presumably drags animal waste or rotted food across my carpets in accordance with LG's constant strides in improving their home-destroying appliances.

Not happy with this machine it leaves white lint on the dark clothes & brown flakes on he whites. Always have to top the water level up as it doesn't seem to fill up over the clothes to wash properly. I have also noticed some holes in my t-shirts. I like the quick wash function for a small load and it is a nice looking machine but I definitely won't be buying one like this again.

Bought the machine 6 years ago and took out an extended warranty for 5 years. Long and short story is that after 6 years it is not usable without replacing parts and LG don't want to know about it.
The motor has a 10 year warranty but the machine seems to be designed to not last 10 years.
LG only guarantee their products will last for the duration of their warranty..... 2 years. Why would you ever spend $1000 on their products? I won't again.

This machine would be great if its sole purpose would be to make your clothes dirty. I have had the machine for almost 3 years and I have never used a machine that is so bad. It leaves dirty brown marks and the washing powder on my clothes. Well truly a waste of money!

Total disappointment. Was to be the last machine I would need. Worst feature is that it ties the clothes in knots during the wash cycle, so does not rinse properly. Sludge left on clothes. I have owned different machines over 50years and this is the worst. Can't sell it. Giving it away.

I have this LG washing machine for a year now and it does not serve the purpose of washing the clothes properly. Bought this in Goodguys, saying it had the great features with a 9.5 kg of load. Tried experimenting different brand of laundry (powder & liquid) still the clothes lint are there and worst of all some clothes are not even wet (which means it was not washed at all). My mother is keep on saying to me every weekend "when are we going to change the washing machine and don't buy LG". Never again with LG...LIFE is not so GOOD...grrrr

I had a front loader for years thought il try a top loader every time I was my husbands singlets thy are white it looks like I've put a bucket of grease in the machine thy come out bad stains all on them he has to throw them out he's sick of it only had machine a month bought radio rentals Elizabeth

As everyone else nothing but lint and soap stains from the begining, and now that the warranty is out the machine continually stop mid cycle and you have to turn it off and restart wasting soap and water. I foe one will never buy Hoover again waste of money
