Overall i am very happy with my life fitness cross trainer. the computer records everything i need to know and also it is very strong and sturdy which in turn it will last a long time.
This is a great and very sturdy and strong machine. Its computer is very easy to use and i like how i can change the program such as hill or fat burn. This machine is also at my local gym so they are very long lasting. They will definitly last a long time. You can also go backwards on this machine. Records calories, time, level, speed, its great.
