Smooth, simple to use love love love it
I did allot of research before l chose this machine although there wasn't much information about this machine, l have a broken tail bone and have tried many many machines most l tried put instant pressure and pain on my back, the only 2 that didn't was the precor at $5000 to $7000 and the E-glide on sale at $1900, l actually like the E-Glide more because the arms moved differently and l felt like l was getting a better workout and the fact the sales person told me the precor doesn't work your upper body clinched the deal, why pay all tha...Read more
t extra, so l purchased the E-Glide and its only been a couple of weeks but no back pain and it's so good to be able to do some form of exercise again without having to take anti inflamatories, so l would highly recommend this machine Everything, simple no fuss smooth sturdy there aren't any programmes on this model but l would never use them so l didn't mind, but of cause it has resistance 20 settingsSimilar opinion?
