Am I able to sign up for another Afterpay account after my account being closed? It was frozen/cancelled due to an overdue payment (paid now). Just wondering if this lock is temporary or if I won't be able to sign up with my current details again.

Lost my payment card a few days prior to new year... applied for a new one and because of the holidays took along time to be replaced... i notified after pay straight away of this and they said they would waiver the late fees and put the payments dates back.. All good.. card received all payments made for the due dates.. how ever today i went to use my card only to find the credit limit dropped from 1k to like 380.oo i have never missed ONE payment before. rung the company and was told because my payments were late the computer adjusts the limit.. so there fore i have a bad rating on there now.. i argued the toss and was told nothing they could do to over ride this as the computer is programmed to work on its formula... BUT.. they computer can only work through the input of a programmer.. GO FIGURE... is so ridiculous... after pay you need to fix this...look at the persons history before condemning them.

Someone has fraudulently opened an account in my name and then defaulted . Afterpay has now frozen my account which I've put over 2000 dollars thru . How do I go about fixing it ? Every time I send them an email they send me an auto reply saying I have multiple accounts and the debt collectors are coming deal with them . I want to make a police report can I get the information out of afterpay to present to the police . Its pretty bloody destressing for me as I've always done the right thing by afterpay .

I try and refresh my barcode and it says I still have overdue payments which I don't because I have finished paying everything of how do I refresh my barcode without it saying that everytime

Hi, my limit started at 500 and now is at 566 ive never been late always pay it back early. I have tried now to purchase my largest amout of 499 online and its declined it, theres money in my account i dont know why its declining it. Zip is so easy it just say's you have $375 or whatever is still avaliable left to spend, l have searched and searched for for mine with afterpay but cannot find that information anywhere, so frustrating.
