Openpay

I've used openpay for two transactions so far and they've been brilliant, had contact the customer service representative once due to volunteer work I had done meant my pay week was out and they were very accommodating at rescheduling the payment for the next week, I wasn't on hold for long and my query was sorted in matter of minutes both transactions explained the payment schedule ahead and the amount to be taken from my card on the said dates so far I can only praise the service I've received. However I will update my review in the future if anything changes.

Don't loose your card. They have no willingness to provide alternative payments. After multiple contacts they still attempt your card every day even both days of the weekend, and Charging you an escalating fee as they go. On my last call trying to negotiate a complete pay out, my call was dropped. Deleting this app, closing account my small purchase is doubled in size!

I found the app easy to use and so far I have no problems. I have only used this service once. Will see how things go with buying other products.

Recently, I have used the Openpay facility to purchase products from Bunnings. About payment of my purchases, I was wanting to change credit card options. The system was impossible to navigate, even though my cards were registered.
The end result was my account has been locked, shocking service, combined with incompetent technology within the app.
One star rating is to high.

This is a great way to pay something off if you cant afford the lump sum but can afford the repayments with absolutely no interest at all and is so quick and easy to apply.

Easy convenient quick access no dramas this is a great service gives you the opportunity to get what you want and pay it off gradually I can recommend Openpay with no hesitation

I found it easy to use and very straight forward.... and im not tech savvy so this was a breeze for me! I had an issue where my credit card was fraudulently used overseas so I needed to cancel my card and wait for a new card! I contacted customer service and they offered alternative solutions to avoid getting late fees.... all via email, so I’m pleased to say that good customer service still exists.... please try this for yourself and see how easy this is to use! A+++++++++++++ app and service

I took out openpay to see what it was like, I got home and owed $75, I tried to pay a payment, and it blocked my account, I called up and was told if you try to pay more than 5 days before your next payment is due the system blocks you, and the initial offer was $450, I have paid that, and my amount didn’t increase, even after requesting increase. Afterpay is a lot better

Openpay is absolutely brilliant and so easy to use. I highly recommend this financial product for anyone seeking a tailor-made buy now/pay later option. Applications are simple and super quick too.

As I wanted thing and OPEN PAY is there for me so I will recommend them for if you need thing in a hurry and it can be done on line also thank you

Quick and hassle free transaction, easy repayments over time, very happy with my purchase, might use again in the future. Hope they increase the merchants that we can use this app in.

The only improvement is that the app is very hard to read needs to have some improvements made there otherwise concept is great and can use at Bunnings and Anaconda.

Easy to use and very affordable repayments over time. I needed a mower and my credit limit has raised as I successfully paid out a couple of plans. Very happy.

I’ve never had any issues with openpay it’s great easy to use with a wide variety of places to use it online or in store the payments are easy to manage

My lawn mower blew up and i need it for work jobs. Would not have been able to get a new one without open pay. Was definitely a life saver

Such a great idea. You can have whatever you want and without the credit card. A modest amount comes out of my account on.pay day and it feels as if there isnt any debt.

Really easy to sign up and use... great idea and interest free. The only thing you should be offered more then a $500 start up, at least $1000 would be better and no instant payment as like Afterpay

Easy to start a plan and very affordable. Unfortunately it is hard to add a card and has caused my wife to be locked out of her account. I went to add a card and it would not let me.

Openpay wants I'd I take a photo of myself holding my I'd I get email from me wanting me to resend nope not wasting me time on this made me look like a goose at Bunnings
