Always a problem

Haven't been able to sign into my account for over a week. Can't even check my account and will be very angry if they try to charge a late fee as I can't access my account due to an error on their behalf.
Not the first time I've encountered this issue.

Obstacles just about every step of the way.

It was so much better before, being able to pay off shops directly without the 'middle man' (i.e. international companies such as Zip Pay) limiting us and causing unnecessary stress. Zip was also too invasive of privacy and required too many personal details. Uncomfortably so. Maybe if enough people decide against using Zip, retail outlets in general will see value in returning to simple customer-to-seller payment methods?

In the end we decided to go with a low-rate credit card...and we have always decided against a credit card before now, so that's saying something!

Save yourself the hassle, give zip the flick!

have found them very accessible easy and easy to manage in the budget, big or small you choose the payments - found excellent for gifts and needs and work in the budget- the only thing to be able to contact would be nice if ever have an issue.

I enjoyed having a Zippay account for the convenience,
and was pleased with the service,
Until I had to query a gift card purchase where I had not received the Gift card I had purchased,
My account was sent to a locked state by the customer service representative and I had to make several phone calls to have myself verified and have the account unlocked, at my own expense all for something that I had already paid for and simply was asking to have emailed to the address noted on the account.
I will never use or recommend Zip to anyone.
Afterpay or Latitude are way better options.

Terrible, terrible alternative to a universally superior Afterpay

Do you love getting told your password is incorrect right after you've changed it? Do you love getting automatically charged in full for your purchases through Zip? Do you love having to verify your account by logging into 4 different accounts every single time you want to reset the password you just reset? Do you love trying to buy something through Zip in-store only for Zip to tell you the currently active code is incorrect, as you stare at it on your phone? Do you have a soft side for terrible user interfaces? Do you love getting logged out of the app every time you try to search for stores that, for some reason, still take Zip? If you have an IQ under 30 and enjoy supporting dodgy, scuffed businesses, then this is the app for you.

Horrible customer service, declined me of a 300$ loan went to another lender and received 1000$ I guess zip pay don't want the business and hold there head high towards smaller borrowers.

I’ve been with zip pay for a while now and not had one problem.the app is easy to use and setting up your repayment schedule is really easy and yes there’s a $6 fee at the end of the month but hey everyone gotta make money at the end of the day:)

applied for zip told I had $1000 to spend went and bought a computer zip told me my account was on hold contacted them was told I had to send 2 pictures one of me one with my license held up a load of crap

well thanks for responding but I think if you are going to ask for photo id it should be done in the initial application not when you have been approved and made a purchase bit hard to do photo id in a store without wifi

Tried to debit my account for more than the monthly minimum, no way to speak with customer service. Email only (ignored) no phone number to call. No explanation, website and direct debit values are different.

Dodgy as recommend afterpay all day of the week

Had to pay way more than I spent even though I made extra payments. Poor customer service haven't gotten back to me for weeks now so they can charge the extra monthly fee from me. Very dodgy doesn't recommend at all. All the advertisements about interest free repayments!!! Crap. Would recommend afterpay over this dodgy company any day.

i was long ago customer of them and wasnt approved for zip money the charges on my old account were i lost my wallet in hospital was passed to debt collection was while back was charged heavy fees lot trouble my advise dont go into this as u end in debt save money buy when u have or go old school laybuy or u lose your credit score in end

I closed my zip pay account due to there app being flawed.
Customer sevice were terrible and wernt able to resolve my issue.
The balance i was given in the app was paid however despite having a screenshot to prove the amount i still owed $6.
Quute happy to lose a customer over such a small amount

The service itself is very good, heaps of options, easy to use app, and I love the flexible repayment options as someone who gets paid monthly. Just such a pity their customer service is terrible if you ever have a problem. Might as well have a robot on (it might be actually) just stock standard replies not actually reading your issue and responding accordingly, no help whatsoever. It’s really put me off!

Gift cards are not processing

Trying to purchase a giftcard right before and it is not working. It comes up as processing but gets stuck on that screen. So disappointing. I have emailed asking for support but no reply.

I Have been with Zip Pay for over a year now and found them to be a great option for buying things that I need last month when they brought out paying your Qld Rego it was unreal so last month I jumped on and payed one of my car Rego never had a problem this month I find out that they aren't gonna doing it anymore a lot of Qld customers will be very disappointed as it is a handy and at this time of the year it is a necessity and with 2 cars I needed it but that's not right as all other states are getting their Regos played for and Qld aren't very disappointed in that and a lot of other Queenslanders will be too

I have used Zip Pay a number of times, never had a problem. It has made it easy to budget as I have set up the payments to hit on the days money is in my account. I do prefer Zip Pay over other lines of credit available, I've been such a good girl, my limit has increased. Love it really.

Had no money so signed up in a few minutes the next hour was at the mall buying things I needed. Brought a coles voucher immediately got sent to my email and had no trouble at all scanning the barcode on the email. Have had positive outcomes so far

Honestly so bad. I ordered 2 x gift cards and 2 days later they still have not arrived. I’ve tried to call and was on hold for 2 hours so gave up. Absolutely terrible service
