Absolutely dreadful stay clear
It is a nightmare from start to finish. It effects your credit score, does not like different websites, so you can’t shop on any website as stated. You apply for ghost cards each time you try and purchase something. This is hit and miss if it works. Most times it doesn’t work. Customer service can not resolve any issues you raise. I have given up trying to use Klarna. Stick with zip to afterpay much simpler

Pathetic, far too complicated, dont even think about opening an account.
There are so many negative things about this BNPL I would have to write a book.
1. you get a ghost card to spend, you have to estimate how much you will need and include shipping and they put it on a ghost card for you. 2. Thy do a credit check on a lot of your transactions, and it possibly might will cause your credit score to go up. 3. Customer service is so vague, they are not trained very well. n only shop online. 5. Its not easy to use, its fiddly, not straightforward. 6. Its nothing like the advertising says it is. 7. They are more concerned with stopping you from closing your account, rather than helping you. Klarna you have a lot to learn about service and good product. Use Afterpay, zip-pay, or even better I found bundll, they are partnered with Mastercard and are a dream to use. I will be sticking to those three. The rest are rubbish. Point is do your research, read the fine print. Klarna is a very limited and problematic BNPL site. Creepy to use

Needs improvement
A good idea in that you can use it at any retailer. Unfortunately they hit your credit report which can be detrimental to your score. Even for the small amount I used. I understand the responsible lending criteria etc. They are the only take home lay by I know of that does a hard check of your credit score for small amounts. Hopefully will get better with time. Very glitchy app.

Read the fine print
Shows up on your credit report even small amounts $326 in my case. I didn’t end up using it. Pretty much like a higher charge, less flexible afterpay. Plus quite a few glitches on the app.

Great company that has launced in Australia
Awesome buy now pay later service, can shop anywhere online with the ghost card . Also have awesome retailers like eBay, well done Klarna . Good payments structure, app easy to use
