Great Customer service.

Had so much trouble contacting this company and when I did get hold of them, they off handedly said they would get back to me and didn't so I cancelled it.
I am only too happy to purchase through Living Social. On the couple of odd occasions where the product or service doesn't come up to scratch, they have put it right immediately. gives me great confidence in purchasing again.

I've always had a positive experience. I recently sought a refund of a service that I was unable to use. The staff responded promptly and organised a credit. As I said they never disappoint

I have sent about 8 emails/messages through the site, and have been sent a copy of my travel confirmation for a holiday that was in February, which is useless to me.
I will NEVER use this company again.
I have now addressed an email to the Chief Operating Officer, as addressing to the Manager is fruitless.
Can someone please contact us through our emails, as we would like to sort this out.
Our accommodation said they did not get our booking from you, and were full, we arrived at 1pm, so were not late. We would like a FULL REFUND, I have declining health, our time in Adelaide was a nightmare.

Terrible customer service

Have tried to contact Living Social via email regarding a voucher I purchased for a course that didn't work. Have emailed three times. No response. I suggest to not buy vouchers for courses as they expire quickly, and the college make you pay if you want to continue it. You may be halfway through finishing it and they just lock you out, unable to get back in. It's all about the money unfortunately. Would have been nice for Living Social to try and at least sort this out with me, not responding is a disappointing.

I recently purchased a voucher for a window cleaning service through LivingSocial but unfortunately, due to high demand, the service couldn't be provided at a time that suited me before the voucher ran out so they advised me to contact LivingSocial to organise a refund. I emailed LivingSocial and they got straight on to it, organising my refund immediately. I was very impressed! Thank you for the great follow up service : )

When you forget to print your voucher

I payed and booked for a breakfast on the LivingSocial site. I didn't think i had to print the bar code as well.
Was embaressed as it was with friends when we turned up. The cafe owner was very nice and said we can make another booking but had to pay for that day. Once i contacted LIvingSocial, they sent the voucher to the cafe. the cafe contacted me and said all good for the next booking. Glad the breakfast was great and more than happy to go back.

I was concerned that a product I'd bought hadn't arrived so contacted customer service support. I got an immediate response and though it took a few days to solve the problem (it was my error) I was impressed that the same customer service officer, Madhubani, assisted me courteously and helpfully until the issue was resolved. I purchased a few play centre vouchers and only able to see 1 voucher in My Account'. The worst part is we are planning to use it today. kids was pretty dissapointed that we have to cancel the trip. So, I emailed Living Social Customer Service and didn't expect for a reply until the next working day (today is Sunday). I was so surprised when a received a reply from Noam in less than 10 minutes after I sent mine with all the missing vouchers attached to it.

I have been purchasing deals off living social for few years now and have always experienced very good and prompt customer service. Recently
I found out that one of my deals has expired before I could use the voucher and they kindly offered a small credit to my account. Was really happy with it as it shows how they value their customers. Thanks!

I was unable to use my voucher due to an unexpected health issue and also due to the lack of time left to use. I was so grateful and pleased to have the amount spent credited back into my account. It was all sorted within 30mins of sending an email. Thank you again.
