The handset can be used on all parts of your face, neck and body but avoid sensitive areas such as around the eyes and any visible capillaries. Yes, it can even help with “Bacne”!
Our handset can certainly help remove blackheads and whiteheads but may take a few treatments before you can see the difference. Blackheads generally occur due to oil build up so it is very important that you have a good skin routine intact :)

on my face, I use 1 but on areas where there are a lot of blackheads use a 2. At least that's what worked for me :)

I used it for the first time on 07/03/2020 and it left me with a lot of redness at both sides of my face. I read the instruction booklet which says its normal and will go after few days. Its been 4 days already, its still the same, not faded at all. Is this normal, if so how long it will take to go away??

I can see that you have spoken to my colleague Sarah and she has assured you that soft red marks will fade away and can be a normal reaction to Microdermabrasion, any darker marks are a sign that you may have been too harsh. You may have selected a tip or suction level which is not suitable for your skin type, hovered for too long, moved too slow or have made multiple passes on the same area.
