Where can I buy one of these machines?

Sorry but we got it from Aldi and if it's not there your only hope would be a search online. Be aware that it weighs a ton so postage could be a killer. As an aside, we made a huge batch of fettuccini on it last week, it will not die, it just sounds like it is.

When and where can I buy it?

This product was available at Aldi stores in at least Victoria and NSW some years ago. I later saw it at a home wares shop in Albury, NSW about 2 years later, but I would guess it must have been superseded now. Our update as of December 2016 is that we still use it, it noise levels have remained constant, precluding all but shouted conversation, but it keeps going. We borrowed my brother in laws italian pasta machine that shoots the pasta through bronze and plastic dies to make different shapes. We found that although ours it very limited in what it can do (lasagne sheets, fettucini of various sizes), the italian machine needs a quite specific range of consistancy in its dough, or you break the plastic dies (not the bronze ones) and have to search all over the net trying to find them, eventually failing and quietly returning it one die short (sorry David).
