I first slept on one of these pillows in a Hotel back in November .... I hadn’t slept like I did that night in years! The next night it was the same story! ... sooo before leaving the hotel I looked at what sort of pillow it was! .... of course it was a Microcloud!! ... I looked up the site and have since bought 4 of these pillows ... 2 for my house and 2 for the caravan! ... I can’t explain it but the quality and depth of sleep I am getting with these pillows is amazing! Have never slept this well ever! .... I looove this pillow!

I used to wake up sore all over especially my shoulders and hips but not anymore. It is remarkable. My sleep has also improved. I don’t wake up as often. An interesting note though is that my husband has noticed no difference at all.

The pillow is OK but I thought it would have more filling which means it tends to flatten out all the time. If it had more filling I would have given this pillow a 5 star as I like the comfort of the filling.

I very rarely write reviews - far too many review requests these days! But I'm happy to give my new pillow a 10 out of 10. It is by far the most comfortable, feather-soft pillow I've ever had (I'm 74!) and with plenty of gentle neck support.

Love that I can easily shape it as I please. So comfy and supportive. I don't wake up with a stiff neck. It doesn't seem to get as hot as other pillows I've used and I'm sleeping better

After reading the amazing reviews on this pillow, I decided to make a purchase as I have not been sleeping well and had minor shoulder pain when sleeping. I feel gutted that this pillow has not really helped either way. I feel that it is too flat, I seem to be waking during the night to push the edges to puff up the centre filling. I don’t feel there is much support at all.... probably close to 4-5 months and sadly ready to look at another option.

I have had my pillow for just over a week now. After numerous different pillows, back and neck problem, with this one instant comfort ! No more pushing and prodding, no more having to turn or adjust my pillow over and over again. It remains comfortable supportive and restful no matter which way I turn, on my back on my side. Then there was the excellent service and generosity of the person who took my order. Postage with Fastway in my area was a problem, not only was it shipped with Australia Post, I was only charged $8.00 while the fee paid was $15.00! And every desire and need was taken into consideration. It is a joy to go to bed and have a relaxing and restful sleep!

Excellent product!!! I've been having restful sleeps with no neck pains since I started using my MicroCloud Pillow!!! I was quite skeptical prior to purchasing, but I can definitely say that it has been a game changer for me! The only downside to my purchase was that instead of a pillow protector, they sent a pillow case instead. I checked again prior to posting this and pillow protectors for standard pillows are still out of stock.

It is quite hot and also doesn't provide enough support. I still prefer my latex pillow. The pillow has slightly negative effect on my neck issue as it doesn't provide the enough support.

The support all around the neck and head is fantastic. The microcloud stays in shape and nice and fluffy unlike other pillows I have tried.
It also comes with the added bonus of coming with 2 pillow cases.
I have since brought my husband one and will be replacing all the pillows in our house.

As someone who very much tends to sleep in different positions this is absolutely the best pillow I've ever found -- by far! It has the perfect amount of rebound and support whether you are on your side or your back. Even if you end up on your stomach (not a good way to sleep) it's still okay. Amazing!

The pillow gives me the perfect amount of support, very comfortable and came with complimentary covers. Ive been sleeping well since this purchase. Saving for the mattress topper. Highly recommend.

This is the first time in MANY years that I have found the pillow that is supportive and comfortable at the same time. No more waking up with a stiff neck or sore ears.

So comfortable, supportive, and cool - have been experimenting with other pillows over the past 12 months & no other pillow comes close. Sleeping through the night and not waking with any neck or shoulder pain. So happy to have found this one!

They do stay cooler and do fluff up but they also get very flat through out the night.
Not sure this is the same pillow I experienced in a hotel but I am not loving it.

This was our second order of these luscious, comfortable pillows. They have given us back solid sleep and my neck is now very happy as the pillow sits at just the right height.

This is my second V pillow from MicroCloud and I absolutely love it, nothing else compares! Perfect support and not too firm or flat, it's the best! Now I want to purchase everything from MicroCloud..

I have not received pillow yet and did not receive an automatic tracking number response. I emailed MicroCloud to find out when I could expect delivery and the response to my email was of a very abrupt tone. I would have expected better customer service

We had memory-foam pillows that were so uncomfortable. These microcloud hotel pillows are so comfortable. No more sore necks in the morning and a much better sleep. Thank you so much!
