    Hard to justify the price tag

    We love the fridge but we had a lot of hassle initially with the installation and alarms etc. We felt the technician was rebuilding it from ground up. Multiple Problems which were fixed eventually but we did find it stressful after spending so much money.
    A visit from the general Manager was great and helped sort out all the issues

    High price tag. No where to put eggs, no butter softener

    Just looked inside ours. Sorry I can't help.
    Obvious but Google the fridge site and also ring Miele and hopefully they can help you over the phone.
