Such quick service for a customized item of wonderful quality for my rare Emmaljunga pram. I was so happy to receive so quickly and very well priced. Very happy. I needed it quickly and it was dispatched the day after I ordered.

Excellent customer service -my pram liber was dispatched before the 2-3 weeks, I didn’t put the unit number so my parcel was returned to Pam - she was so responsive and extra helpful - giving me updates of the whereabouts and re-sending it. No fuss and great communications.

My baby is comfy and cool in her pram liner! Given that I own a Thule Urban Glide which isn't standard size, the response time to my order and delivery was great.

Pram liners and foot muffs for my bugaboo donkey (double) are very hard to zip up as zip runs down along base of liner so near child's bottom. Narrow seats in donkey make it almost impossible for older child and baby is a tight fit (won't be any good for next winter when he has grown). No great amount of room built into footmuff so older child (2.5 year old) is uncomfortable and actually refuses to go into pram when on as leg room is not sufficient. spend the extra ans buy the bugaboo original muffs. Big regret :(
