Nothing like the Micro!!
We got our 2 years old the Mini Micro for her birthday. 6 months on, she is scooting around following her 6 years old sister wherever she goes. With other parents watching on when we are out scooting in the parks, you can't imagine how proud we as parents are seeing her being so confident on the Mini Micro. That is a wonderful start to her lifelong learning experience. The Micros are worth every cent and we will ever only buy the awesome Micro scooters.

Zooom!
After not being able to take me son to the local park any longer due to all of the older kids having mini micros I bit the bulet and gave my toddler his 'oota for christmas (well a few weeks early!) He loves it rain or shine he will always be begging to go down to the local park to show off his skills! The only negative is that I have to buy him new shoes all the time cause he uses his toes to brake!
awesome!

The best scooters ever for preschooler
These scooters are so well made, they are sturdy and durable with funky colours. Both our girls have one the first one was purchased for our then 3 year old, we were planning on handing it down to the nextchild but at 18months she kept stealing her sisters so for her 2nd birthday she got her own.
Built, sturdy and strong
older child has worked out how to do breaky's she has worn out her 2nd wheel.

Perfect for my 3.5yr old !!
My daughter scoots along fast on her Mini Micro scooter, she loves it because it allows her to be one of the ''big'' kids like her sisters.
Its very light and easy for her to steer all by herself.
Ours was actually used by our older daughter before being passed down to our youngest but its still in excellent condition and works perfectly.
Light easy to steer and stable.

The best scooter ever!
My son began riding a Mini Micro at about 18 months. He gained such good balance from it that he rode a bike without training wheels at age 3. They are hardwearing, light to travel with and well designed. At age 6 he has now progressed to a Speed + and loves this one too, however the old Mini Micro has remained a favourite. We have even brought 3 at the Kindy I work at as they are such great scooters. All the parents always ask us where to buy them as they are so impressed. Now I just need to save up to get one for my little girl!
Amazing design, easy for kids to master.
Absolutely nothing, it was perfect

Durable, Safe and Looks Good
My son has been riding his scooter since the age of 18 months. It was very easy to assemble and has held together extremely well given the early knocks it got with such a young rider. It did not take my son long to master the steering and braking aspect of the scooter. He is now able to keep up with his older sister when we go ob those long walks. It is a real quality product that I would recommend.
Easy to assemble, Safe and reliable - quality product.

The best scooter money can buy
My daughters have both had this scooter, although my bigger girl has just transitioned to the Maxi Micro. It has been truly wonderful. When we lived in the UK, they both scooted to school on their mini micros every single day with people oohing and aaahing down the street as my 2 year old daughter manoeuvered it easily around corners. It's fabulous quality and I can't recommend it highly enough. My son now has my daughter's scooter!
Excellent quality, safe, kids love it
We've had to order a few new springs over the year but Micro have been very good at replacing them.

So easy to use!
We bought this product after seeing a young boy on one, he made it look so easy, as my daughter was struggling on her new wiggles scooter. We asked questions, read all the reviews and watched videos on you tube and decided it was definitely the scooter for us. We were not disappointed! Within 2 days my 3 year old daughter had mastered it and so had my 17 month old son. Excellent product!
Light, easy to use, stable, excellent customer service

My little girl loves her pink scooter so easy for her to ride and turn corners. Light weight makes it so easy for us to take anywhere. Walking her to kindy is so much more fun when she can ride her scooter. No more complaining about having to walk yay!
Reliable, easy to manover, great colours, light weight, doesn't fall apart like other cheap scooters on the market

Fabulous First Scooter
We bought a Micro Scooter for my son's 3rd birthday and it has been the best money we've ever spent! Easy to ride, stable and made tough to handle preschooler roughness! We've had to replace the brake and the hand grips but that was just because it has honestly been used every day for the past 2 years and it is still a favourite...and it is in excellent condition, ready to be handed down to our youngest son. Love it and can't recommend it enough plus the customer service is friendly, efficient and fast to get your parts to you.'
Stable, easy to ride, spare parts available cheaply

The best thing we've bought!
We saw an 18month old at little athletics flying around on this scooter and after talking with his mum HAD to have one for our 2 year old who struggled with his existing scooter. All of a sudden he could manouver with ease, push off, and even brake!!! You should see him go around obstacles! We have recommended this to friends and 3 of his friends now have them too!
Incrediably easy to steer, no balance problems, lightweight and durable.

Perfect learning tool for my Mr 2
When I was researching buying my son a scooter I was drawn to the stability of the mini micro which has been true to your word while he learns to ride it. He happily scoots through the house or outside now. I like how easy it is to remove the handlebars and take it out for the day or pack away.
true product description, adaptability

great scooter
I bought one for my grandaughters 2nd birthday, she has a developmental delay so it was perfect for her balance or lack of. She learnt how to ride it in no time. She is now 5 and besides a bit of fading it is still in excellent condition. I am now considering buying another one for my grandson. I would highly recommend it.
light and easily packs in to the smallest cars

Excellent first Scooter!!
My 3yr old daughter absolutely loves this scooter and we're always getting admiring comments about it. The scooter is an excellent starting point for kids who want a scooter, to get their confidence up to ride one without the hassle of balancing a 2 wheeler. Great to take in the car, the handle comes out of the base and it can be packed into the car/pram with ease. We take ours everywhere. Definately worth the $$
stable, light, great starter for little people, easy to pack up to take on travels, hours of entertainment, well made

Best Teaching Scooter Ever
Have purchased four of these brilliant mini micro scooters plus two maxi micros over the past year for infant grandchildren. Even children with little balance soon gain confidence and ability due to the design, lightweight construction and manoeuvrability. Spare parts, (including foot plate, readily available from manufacturer), also make this product a worthwhile purchase. Microscooters Australia also have free delivery across Australia.

Tanja M.asked
Hello,
I would like to buy a scooter for my 4 year old girl. She is 104 cm tall. Which one would you recommend? She wants to be able to move it and carry around by herself. Thank you! Tanja

Hi Tanja,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Currently she is best suited the Mini Micro Deluxe scooter. It is a very lightweight scooter weighing just 1.9 kg so will be easy for her to maneuver and carry, it uses a lean to steer principle which will help develop her balance and co-ordination skills as well as having an adjustable handle bar so you can set it to the most comfortable height for her.
Mini Micro Deluxe - https://www.microscooters.com.au/products/mini-micro-deluxe-scooter-purple
Given that she is 104 cm tall however it may not be too long before she out grows this scooter - it is suited for kids up to 110cm tall.
So you potentially may want to look at the the next model up which is the Maxi Micro. This scooter is designed for aged 5 - 12 (however there are younger kids out there that ride this model) and for kids 110cm tall and above.
It uses the same lean to steer principle and is just a bigger more robust version of the Mini.
It is a slightly heavier scooter at 2.6 kg but may be light enough for her to carry if needed.

Hi, thank you very much for your answer. So, you think micro mini classic is not a good option because it doesn't have an adjustable handle bar? I am thinking to get her maxi ehen she grows out of this small one.
Micro S.Micro Scooters
Hi Tanja,
You're very welcome. It's not that the Mini Classic isn't a good option, you just don't have the benefit of being able to adjust the height of the handle bar.
We actually no longer carry the Mini Classic in Australia as we have superseded it with the Deluxe version but there may still be some retailers out there that still have some.
Ah okay, that sounds like a good idea.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Jasmineasked
Would you recommend a mini micro deluxe or sporty edition for a small 3 yo? does the sport edition have an adjustable handlebar?
1 answer
Micro S.Micro Scooters
Hi Jasmine,
Thanks for your question.
For a small 3 year old out of the two options I would recommend the mini micro deluxe.
The adjustable handle bars give it a longer life cycle so that as he grows the height can be set to the perfect level.
The mini micro deluxe also has a silicon injected deck providing slightly more grip in comparison to the sporty.
The sporty also does not have the adjustable handle bars.
Hope that helps but any other question you may have please let me know at [email protected]
Regards.

Hello. I am about to buy a scooter for my son. He is 2.5 and tall (97cm). Would you recommend the mini micro or the mini micro delux? He has never used a scooter before. Thank you
3 answers
We have the mini micro, delux wasn't available when I got mine. My son is 2.5 too now. I think the delux folds, but the Std clips apart easily anyway.
My son is short so the standard is fine for him even now at 5.
But I think for a tall child the adjustable stem would be great.
Micro S.Micro Scooters
Hi, thanks for your question.
Both the mini micro and the mini micro deluxe have a maximum handle bar height of 67cm and is recommended for children up to 110cm high.
The deluxe does have the ability to adjust the handle bar height as opposed the to mini micro so is great for growing children.
The deluxe also has a silicon injected deck which provides slighlty more grip and has an anodised metallic finish.
Both scooters use a lean to steer function which is a great way to develop balance and motor skills, and have high quality non marking polyurethane wheels.
They are both extremely light at 1.9kg so are perfect for the novice user to easily maneuver around.
With him being this height he may not need the adjustable handlebars, however the deluxe does give you the added features as mentioned above.
Hope that helps.
