Good range of products, easy website to get around and had everything I needed. Sad some products were out of stock but I guess that means they must be good :) Can't wait to get my products to try them out!

It was very easy to select what we wanted with the many choices available. Although don’t know yet when we can expect the delivery’s. Can’t wait to fix our Fit-bits again

silver on ionic band clasp has worn within 2 days of wearing. The ionic protector is peeling off.
versa protector fell off within 3 days

ordered a Fitbit charger, wrong one arrived. Need to fix this
but all the phone calls made to this company went straight to voicemail
(their phone does not even ring... just 'leave a message' is all you get)
and
no response to 3 voicemails left over the space of 5 days

Its often hard to find the right charger but I found what I needed very easily and the details were all there. Also ordering it was a breeze, all up about 3 clicks and it was done.

Ordered on 1st March, Paid top dollar for Express Post Melbourne to Sydney (1 day service), did not post for 2 days, hasn't arrived as at 4th March.

I'd give them ZERO if I could.

Received my fitbit band today . Easy to connect to my fitbit . Received it quite quickly . So far so good . Will be checking out some more to purchase very soon .
